The District sold this hospital because it was unable to operate it despite generous donors.

Went in due to a cycling accident and deep skin gouge/scrape on my forearm. Got tetanus shot and cleaned up in a jiffy. All their staff was super caring genuine souls. Made me want to do it again just to go back, lol

I was on a business trip and had to go to the Providence ER Room for an infection. Dr. Sawyer along with the rest of the ER staff took phenominal care of me. I am so grateful for their care, otherwise my trip would have been ruided. Thank you Providence ER!

This place is terrible. They dropped all of their psychiatry patients without warning (mostly children). Also left everyone without medication refills because they weren’t responding to patients or insurance companies. Unethical, negligent, just plain horrible. What happened to “do no harm”?

Went for an MRI. They had to do bloodwork and an IV. I told them immediately my veins were really difficult! I am now bruised so bad and she hit a tendon in my arm. Then the dude comes in to attempt to place an IV and I told him that the only way I've been able to get an IV is with an ultrasound. He said "I'm good at placing IVs and tried anyways. Then after bruising me more he grabs the ultrasound and was done in 2 minutes. He also didn't wear gloves. It took almost an hour and a half to do blood work and iv! Most of the people there were very nice but I just wish people would listen to the patient. If they would have used the ultrasound right away it wouldn't have been an issue at all.

My father was the patient at Healsburg Hospital. He is very pleased with the top customer service when he was there. He loved the manager Lily, Jia-Lin and other nurses. They go above and beyond. We will recommend this hospital to any patients in Sonoma. Thank you for the amazing job you have done everyday.

My uncle was the patient at HH. We really appreciate all the excellent care from the nurses and the doctors. They are very nice and treat my uncle well, especially the Nurse Manager, Lily. She spent time and communicated very well with us about our uncle's health. She helped him getting out of bed, offering him pain medication, and getting water for him with her smiles on her face. She is a real angel who offers help when our uncle needs the most.
Thank you everyone at the hospital from nurses to doctors and nursing aid, and physical therapists. My uncle is doing so well under your excellent care.

Front desk was so rude and unprofessional, I forgot to bring in a paper to get some tests done so they had to print them out and they were very unprofessional about it. Very rude about printing just some papers out and saying how long it was going to take, then I go to give her my insurance card and she sighs at me. I’ve been here before and the nurses are nice but front desk is rude.

Effective and comforting medical emergency treatment from the staff at Healdsburg District Hospital today. They were thorough in gathering data, analyzing and providing treatment and prognosis. A great hospital.
