Healdsburger

Service was extremely slow. Out of 3 burgers ordered, 1 was very undercooked and 1 just came out wrong (missing one key ingredient and included others that were specifically asked to be excluded). They remade those 2 burgers, but the second one still came out wrong the second time. Overall the food was good, but after this first experience, not interested in returning.

Really good fresh made burgers and sides. Everything is made to order, so it isn’t exactly “fast” food but it’s worth the wait and the price.

A customer bought me a strawberry milkshake, which was amazing.
I wish I could afford other stuff. That customer offered to buy me a sandwich but I told her not to because of the $21 price tag. I wasn't hungry anyways even though she suggested that you guys had lower priced 10 to 12 dollar burgers.
She loves your burgers so I assume they are good!

Loved the original flavors and the flame grilled perfectly cooked burgers! Friendly people as well.

First the pros - the staff was friendly and the place was overall pretty clean and well-kept.

Now the cons - we went on a slow Sunday afternoon and there were 3 other couples that had already ordered and were waiting to get their food. It took over 40 minutes for 2 burgers and a side of fries and onion rings to come out for us. And by the time we got them, both the fries and the onion rings were cold. Though the fries are cut fresh so I have a feeling they might be okay if they were hot/fresh. They also mixed up parts of orders even though there were only a handful of people there.

Overall the high price is not worth the wait or the food itself. I would recommend another of the many restaurants in Healdsburg instead.

Horrible service. We watched at least 4 families that ordered after us get their meals before I had to ask where ours was. Will not be back. Prices ridiculous. 4 sandwiches and a side of fries over $60. Definitely not worth the hype

This place is what every burger joint in the country wants to be, or at least should want to be.

Great place for a burger in Healdsburg. Lots of variety. Fries are fresh cut and onion rings are crispy and not oily. A real old school kind of place with excellent food.

One of the best burger in Healdsburg or even Sonoma county! Huge burger patties excellent flavor. Fair prices considering how everything is 3 time more expensive than 3yrs ago. Onion rings, french fries excellent! I would suggest that you need to experience these burgers

I love Healdsburger! But.when you call in a order and come to get it.sometimes you have to wait in line for a half hour to get it. Please open another window for pickups! Thank you!

I was going to order the Big Daddy Burger when I saw the Pesto Turkey Burger and glad I did.
So much pesto was in and oozing from the burger.
The Garlic fries were also good with lots of Parm cheese and chopped garlic.
The strawberry milkshake was thick and rich (reminded me of the red-haired girl fast food chain).
Definitely worth stopping off at in Healdsburg. Ample parking and seating inside and outside

$60 for two burgers with fries and two sodas. It was basically Five Guys on a stale bun. I'm attaching a picture so you can see what $28 gets you (on my tray only, I got the Rancher burger for reference).

I just have no idea how people would go back knowing a burger by itself is $21 and then they charge you $7 for fries.

Someone recommended this place and I have no ideawhy. I'll just make food at home next time.looks nothing like the pics on their website.

The chili on the chili fries was dry, just meat and beans no sauce. I thought the meat patty was under/not seasoned. Avocado was perfect.

Grew up in the area and always wanted to try this place! So glad I finally got to! This handsome fella got the lamb burger and I got the buffalo sauce burger. I'm not even a big buffalo sauce person, but my goodness it was delicious. We both agree the fries are probably the best we've ever had, it was hard to stop nibbling on them! If you're in town, definitely stop by for a delicious healdsburg treasure! Also, killer music playing, 97.7 the river!

Our go-to burger joint whenever we are on the road heading down to the Bay Area or heading home. Best burgers around.
