Worst weightloss clinic they wasted my time! I was on puentee mine previously in august and they had me get the special for a month. Of phentermine which was $99 and they only gave me 1 week a lipo injection and B12 tablets the next week I went in they told me I was not a candidate for phentermine anymore since I had lost 3.4 pounds! Like seriously I have not ate at all all day so obviously I am going to be those pounds less! So I asked for a refund because it just does not make sense that in one week I’m no longer a candidate when I didn’t even take the phentermine I was given since it was in a capsule form & I can’t take capsules & wanted a different dose that was a pill I can break I even asked for the lowest dose as long as it was in a pill form! They only refunded me back $53 like really and my time worst place ever! They will waste your time! I RECOMMEND (RCMC) there’s a location in rancho & banning, hesperia. They won’t waste your time & the staff is so cheerful welcoming & they care if you want to loose 15 or 20 pounds this is the place! They won’t lie to you and give you medication one week & have you buy a months worth to tell you the next week you are not eligible for phentermine & they are moving you to natural meds! Lol

Former employee here, I would not recommend this clinic at all, the former “manager” who went by the name of Mariah was not only a bully to her employees, she mocked them, and treated us as if we were nothing, not only did this “manager” talk behind her employees back, she talk about her “personal” inappropriate relationships in the work clinic. We were constantly threatened with write ups too. I have a ARMY of girls who can also back me up. Please spend money elsewhere, where they provide better service and actually respect employees.

Julia N. P.and the staffs are very professional. Julia is highly skillful at what she does. She gave me one of the best Botox injections I got so far. I love this place, you will be not disappointed. Great value too.

I recently got 25 units and my results were zero for me. I get better results anywhere else.never again!

This place is usually very clean and staff usually is kind. I had an appointment today and waited over 50 minutes. They seem overbooked to the point that they were overwhelmed. I decided to leave because it didn’t seem like I was going be served anytime soon as they had so many other people waiting. The service today was very q disappointment, inconvenient and made me waste my day off from work.

Just had a treatment with Julia who is the best. This is the only place I go to for Botox treatment. Professional, clean, quick. I love them!

Absolute complete waste of time! I went in there with perfect blood pressure and pulse. On the first reading (in the offices), it was 117/84 - perfect blood pressure once again, but yet DENIED treatment. They tried to tell me my pulse was too high. - My pulse was 79 and 84 prior to arrival. Normal reading is between 60 and 100. This place is a complete fraud! An uneducated medical staff to say the least. With ZERO stars was an option, it would have been selected.

Every time I have ever went here I feel like the staff truly cares about me. It’s not one of those clinics were they just want to make some money. The medical assistants really listen to you and make you feel comfortable and safe. They took the time to answer all my questions until I understood everything without seeming bothered. I definitely would recommend this place to all my friends.

I wanted to try B-12 shots. So I called and asked if B-12 shots are covered in the one week promotions. They said “Yes, all medicines the doctor percribes is covered in the first week promotion. ” So I set an appointment and went it. It took a while, 30 minutes to see the nurse practitioner. She said sure on the shots. I waited to get the shot and they handed me 5 B-12 tablets. I was upset. They said shots are not included in the first week promotions. So they get you in the door then tell you something different. After being there a hour I got my money back and will just go to Clark’s and get a B-12 shot! Total Bait and switch.

Love this place! My fiancé and I came to this clinic for the weight loss program and had so many questions, the provider Julia was very professional and patient with the many questions I had. The Medical Assistant’s are very friendly and lovable mainly Elaina she so bubbly?

The staff here are so friendly. They always greet me when I come in, it’s always good vibes.

I love this facility! Everyone is very nice and kind! The providers Rachel and Julia listened to all of the concerns I had about my procedures. The medical assistants make you feel very welcomed.
