I've been a loyal and retuning customer here for going on 7 years. I have referred countless ladies and people to health first to also get services. Because I felt that the service they provided was far superior than anywhere. I went up here in the high desert. However I will be spending my money elsewhere and finding a reputable botox provider for my future treatments. Don't get me wrong the providers have always been nice n outgoing, and I would hope that they are not responsible for what has been happening with my product, but either way I feel extremely"ripped off" for lack of a better word. I am usually here at this business. Probably 4 times a year spending anywhere from 4 or $500 a visit sometimes more. And the services that I get from them had always lasted 4 to 4 and a 1/2 months without an issue. And I was always extremely happy with the results. Since July of 2023 I've been in 3x, each time spending 400 more or less give or take and currently despite having spent yet another 200 3 and a half weeks ago, to touch up Here I am Christmas eve day, not only am i mad but clearly it is quite visible due to my last service already I need it again the product is GONE. I've been getting the services for long enough to know the more you get.
The less you should have to get it. But you know, over the past year. My units have been increasing so clearly something is going on.
All I can say is. I think it's terrible that after 6 years with such great results in great service that the providers aren't recognizing that this is a problem. Because I know if it's happening to me. There must be other people that this is going on with. Shame on me for clearly trusting business relationship i developed over the years. I just hope that if they do read this they rememdy the problem so other people dont waste their hard earned money on diluted or expired i cant call it product. As for me and the 8 or 9 friends I recommended, we will do our best to be more aware and remember just because you have been a long term customer, the green wins out. Again I will say i sincerely hope that none of the providers i got services from consciously would do this. It doesn't really matter who's responsible at this point. But I do feel that at some point. The provider should have look at how many times I was there and seen something wasn't working.
And seeing maybe like if there was a problem with the product are maybe offered me. A deep discount, an apologgy something, or investigated the issue further before. Just like charging me for more product that didn't work.

I love getting my laser treatments done with Linda she's amazing of course results May vary per person consistency is key. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful affordable prices & amazing services

DONT TRUST THIS PLACE RUN RUN. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NO RESULTS. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND BOARD. THEIR ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING AND DIRTY THEY DONT SANITIZE ANYTHING AND THE MANAGER DOEST RETURN CALLS GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY!

I come here all the time for my filler and the ladies here are always so welcoming I would definitely recommend this office to anyone interested in the services that they provide here!

The staff is always in a great mood and provide excellent service! Easy and fast on my refills and they always answer my questions without judgement, I’ve been going there for years now!

It’s been a couple years and I still continue to visit this clinic because the staff is awesome and they are full of treatment options to help beauty needs.

This place offers great services with really good prices. As you walk in your greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The staff are really helpful when it comes to checking in, checking out and scheduling appointments. Providers are great with giving feedback on treatments and answering all questions.

Highly recommend doing lip filler & Botox with Linda! She does an amazing job & I love my results

The staff was friendly and polite. When I scheduled my appointment, to the day I went in for tattoo removal 1st session the PA Lisa Garcia and medical assistant Leslie very comforting personality. I am extremely happy with the service I received. I absolutely love this clinic.

Horrible experience, the manager karina and “jessie” were incredibly rude I never got a refund and now my lips are all botched. And their numbing cream taste like sourdough bread I swear it was expired, I even gagged a little. I also got a rash on my lip and chin. Karina seemed to be very impatient with her new employees I seen how she got into it with this one employee. As soon as I walked in it was humid and moist and extremely cold at some point then extremely hot I swear I was in purgatory it felt like I was going through menopause. #dobetter #botched

I just had 45 mins wasted of my time. I came in to get help with weight loss for their free consultation. Doctor never came in and saw me. They took my blood pressure 4 times and claimed it was too high. They said it was 145 or 85. I am in the medical field and that is not high! I came home and took my blood pressure and it was 129 or 80. ***** Normal is 120/80***** I came in to get help with weight loss and of course someone who is overweight can have blood pressure issues.isn't that why you get help for weight loss to reduce chances of high blood pressure and other issues like diabetes etc? Don't waste your time or money at this place. There are no real doctors here! They just try to sell you on the products they have with no real supervised physician helping you. *****STAY AWAY AND GO TO YOUR REAL PCP*********
