Dr. Shiva is the best doctor ever! She is so kind, caring and actually takes her time with you and tries to get to the bottom of your problem unlike most doctors. Before her I was just seeing western medicine doctors and none of them could even help me. She is amazing! Please go to her if you want to get to the root cause of your issue.

After two close friends (one a man, one a woman) had some straight up mind blowing results - I decided to take the plunge and give the hCG process a try. Personally, my experience was awesome. I had great energy, wasn't hungry, clear head, and you def can't loose that many lbs for this price any way else (if you can please lmk lol!) Plus this office has great vibes and Dr. Shiva is a genius. My vote: DO IT.

I RECOMMEND HIGHLY -Dr. Shiva Lalezar literally changed my life after I started the menopause phase of my life. I was feeling depressed, my emotions were up and down despite being a natural athlete. When I decided to see Dr. Lalezar, we uncovered through tests what she needed to do with this ever changing body of mine. I finally feel I can reclaim my life again. I like to mention that I found out about Dr. Shiva Lalezar from another physician. She's like the doctor's doctor for Anti-aging. I feel transformed.

I've been a patient at the Health and Vitality Center for 8 months. I came in because of brain fog that I had been trying to treat for years through other medical professionals unsuccessfully. Dr. Lalezar discovered that I not only had an overabundance of mercury and lead in my system but also that I was showing cytokine markers of vascular inflammation in the brain. She treated the former through chelation therapy and the latter through some short-term prescriptions. This also had the side effect of eliminating a recurring yeast issue, which she predicted. After seeing so many doctors, it was a huge weight off to find a doctor who is so knowledgable, on top of the latest research, and who genuinely cares about you. She has many tools at her disposal that are not available many other places. The center is also very pleasant to be at and feels more like visiting a friend's house than going to a clinic. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to resolve any difficult health concern.

Anytime I’m feeling under the weather I stop in and get the Vitality IV. This ultra boosts my immune system and makes me feel totally better the next day.

I would like to start off by saying that about 2 plus years ago I was fortunate enough to be presented with an opportunity to join the Health and Vitality Team with Dr Lalezar. Before joining the team I only knew the basics about Functional Medicine, and looking back now I am glad I have learned so much from this practice. ​I now always think to myself these are the symptoms but, what is the real reason behind them. The cause must be treated, and then everything else will be put back together like a puzzle.

I personally, as the IV Nurse have seen amazing turnaround in patients who have come in extremely exhausted, and frustrated from not finding a solution to their health issues. Most patients mention this is the last stop for them since they have seen numerous amount of Doctors, as well as spending outrages amount of money all in vain. I have seen their symptoms improve within a few weeks of IV treatments, and some patients with just the use of our supplements. They come in being different people it's like they finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Patients seem to find our office a place of tranquility where they come to heal, and that lets us know we are more than just a physician's office we are a place where one can come and revitalize themselves.

Dr Lalezar has been a great teacher to me not only by explaining in detail, but by encouraging me to get hands on experience and see the transformations front row. It has been a knowledgeable experience to say the least. I have seen her put her heart and soul into this practice to help and heal as many people as she can. She truly cares for all her patients, and makes sure all patients are receiving the best care.
