I’m so happy and satisfied about the treatment of my back pain at Healthline Med Group. The doctors and staff did a good job. Excellent service and care.

Horrible place. Avoid at all costs. Consistently waiting an hour to be seen by Dr. Then be seen for a few minutes and not actually take you seriously.

The physical therapy side is amazing. This review is based off of the ortho side which is terrible. You will not be seen right away with an appointment. If you have something urgent that needs immediate attention avoid this place.

I went here because of shortness of breath, some coughing and the feeling that I have something in my throat. They have a covid-19 screening that has the same symptoms so I called instead of proceeding. The screening is good. I understand it’s for safety. I saw the doctor through telemedicine. Not much you can really check there but he didn’t think I’d need to go to the ER. The doctor recommended for me to go to a COVID-19 testing drive-thru. His words. There is a site that tests for COVID-19 nearby which gets the results in an hour but you have to pay $150. It is a drive thru. So I go just so I can be seen by a doctor and figure out what’s wrong. Test comes back negative. I go back to the urgent care and they tell me the test is not valid. The doc said he can’t do anything with my symptoms anyway and I should go to the ER.

All of the services and providers in the physical therapy office are great. All are welcoming and great at what they do.

I've been there than once and don't have a complaint about the treatment I received.

My complaint is about billing. I can't remember how much I had to pay up front but I later received a check from them for a little over $30. I had totally forgotten about the check and found it after it was too late to cash it.

So I sent the check back asking them to re-issue it. Unfortunately I didn't keep a copy of the letter thinking that everything will be fine but of course it wasn't. After some time had gone by, I realized that I hadn't received a re-issued check.

I called Billing several times leaving voice messages when finally someone returned my call after I left message saying that no has returned my phone calls.

I spoke to the person who had returned my call and explained what had happened and that the check should be re-issued. He said he would call me back. He didn't.

Healthline stole my money!

This wasn't something that was on my mind 24/7 so I didn't follow up as quickly as I should have but they lied. They kept the uncashed check.

Liars! Thieves!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Roemer! He was very nice and understanding to what I had and what I was feeling he guided me what to do, the exercises to do at home and I finally got better. Thank you healthline medical group for providing the care I needed.

Dr. Romer chiropractor at healthline medical realty help me out putting my lower back in place. He is very helpfully and always wants you to have the best experience in your recovery.

Dr. Romer, a chiropractor, is a phenomenal doctor. Very personal and helpful! Always happy to answer any questions or doubts.

Staff was very professional, timely, and genuinely cared about their patients. Patrick the P. A.was especially kind, empathetic and patient with me. I appreciate the level of care delivered and would visit the urgent care again for any health concerns.

Our encounter with dr Krevenshky I believe that's his name, was extremely great he was very authentic and very detailed and explained possibilities of what might be going on definetly one of the best drs I can say if you guys ever come here he is definetly recommended he deserves his spot in this field hence not a lot of Drs. Care!

I got hurt and on my first day ever meeting Dr. Rosenblum the only thing that he was so anxious to tell me is I had a dirty test! He didn't really care what had happened to me, or if I was okay, but therapy side was very concerned & helpful. They transferred me to a empty Dr. 's Office & later told me they can no longer see me. Drop me without notice! I felt betrayed!

I've been coming to this clinic for a few months now. There is a female medical assistant/xray tech that's extremely rude. I've noticed every time I go in she treats me different from other people going in to have the exact same procedure I'm getting.

All the others have been very professional and polite however. Just try to avoid M. N.

Very unprofessional office the ladys at the front desk don't care or have checked out. The wait time is way to long on average I spend 3 hours there waiting with a short 20 minute actual face to face with a doctor. If you're not on top of you're medical case chances are they are making you wait longer than you need. I feel like every one in the office is in the wrong profession because they don't know how to treat human being maybe a butcher shop or waste management would be a better profession do you're self a favor and just go to another urgent care were they will care more for you and you're buisness. THEY DON'T DESERVE YOU'RE HARD EARN CASH.

I waited about 8 minutes, got in to see a resident and then the chief resident also checked in on me. I was very impressed with both of them, taking the time to explain the symptoms and extensively go through treatment options.
