The staff is very kind and friendly, Dr TOUMAYAN is the best he just simply takes his time to listen to what the patients need and takes great care of you, I highly recommend this place

Heath pointe Colton facility - has a Very nice staff running the front office, Melinda (with an M) was happy and had a fantastic bubbly personality …. And so were all the other lovely ladies working along with her, all very nice and professional! The gentlemen who checked me in and took my X-rays was an absolute pleasure to work with as well, he was professional but yet very personable and made me feel comfortable - the Doctor also took very good consideration of my concerns and did a Great Job! Thank you Doctor, thank you ALL For making my first new day a productive and caring experience! May God Bless all of you and guide you at work, you are appreciated for all your challenges each day brings.

My experience was terrible. There was no parking, it crowded, the area was not the best.

The Doctor diagnosed me but offered no help other than see my PCP. This was a waist of time, and effort. Now, I’ll have to appeal the Doctors opinion and go to QME.

I should simply started at my PCP. How Health Pointe has not been sued by a company yet for placing others at risk I’m not sure. My co workers Also have the same opinion.

Ms. Ursula Buffy is doing such good job with my therapy. I’m very happy with her work. I feel comfortable and good that she is there to help me during my therapy.

Front desk staff are respectful and friendly. Very welcoming. Melinda was helping me better understand the paperwork and she was such a delight to work with. Super great customer service! Yes on health pointe in Colton

I’m very satisfied with my provider Dr Chuang. He actually listens to me. Even though he has to get everything approved through workers comp. My needs are being met. I guess I can’t ask for more because workers comp can be a nightmare.

Dr Del Campo in my opinion is the worst. If you go see him with an injury, he almost always says it's not broken go back to work. I've had injuries in the past and he always told me that. I've even went to see him for a shoulder injury took x-ray and said I was fine. I had a torn rotator cuff

Very professional staff. The lady’s in front office always helpful and so cheerful! Oh not to forget my Treating Physician Berman very pleased with the in-depth knowledge and how he treated me. If I can put 10 stars I would! Thank you all at Healthpointe Colton for the service!

Going to healthpoint in Colton was not stressful and very nice people the doctors very nice he took his time to listen to me but my pain and injuries I have so many complaints about other places and this doctor seems to understand me and he looks like he wants to help me get better so I can return to work. I'm very happy I got to meet somebody like him.

Horrible! Please do not come here. People do not know what is going on. The left hand does not talk to the right hand. The paperwork is always wrong and have to fix it.

The patient Service has improved tremendously. They are very Very helpful. I wish this was my primary care office. I love coming to this office. They Know and remember my name. I've been there for 3yrs. The improvement is GREAT
