Healthpointe Corona

I have physical therapy there and the therapist never speaks to us just hands us gloves ask us what our pain level is and starts next tells us what exercise to do never hello how are you doing never has this particular therapist female with long dark hair ever spoke to us and greet us when we come in to do therapy my wife and I together.

We all have are ups and downs with appointments. If
patients are like me losing track of date and time more than most other patients. I'm so lucky that you all have a great understanding how to deal with patients like me, Thank you Doctors and nurses and assistance.

The physical therapy department is awesome. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

My complaint is how long it takes to check in downstairs. Seems like there should be someone who is just checking someone available to do a temperature check and let us go upstairs. Shouldn’t have to wait in line 15 minutes just to have temp checked snd told to go upstairs. Maybe have girls at upstairs reception area could do temp checks for therapy patients?

Sheila is amazing! She is great with helping me with the pain. Some days are better than others, but she is the best. A true professional like the rest of the staff Jennifer always make sure my posture and feet and legs are planted right where they need to be. Correct form for my exercises

Contacted Healthpointe staff today and spoke with Bridget regarding an upcoming scheduled appointment with my physician. Bridget was polite, courteous and professional in assisting, resulting with the exact outcome I had requested. The people / employee who work did great job. On me. Taking care of me, I had Ammonia. Help me thou. Only 4 or 5 hrs. Got to go home. Safe. This is my second 1, left lung n then my right. And I was able to read their lip, cuz I, m hearing impair. N that was very nice of them. The doctor he was very nice to. Thank u all to the Eployee in ER David Corder

If my app is at 1oclock I expect to be seen around then. 2 and a half hours later, still waiting to be seen by the doctor.

The Physical Therapy at Healthpointe Corona was excellent. Dealing with the delays from their system breakdown did not inspire confidence in their organization.

This place is horrible! Absolutely no respect for patients and their schedules. 1st time here, waited 6 hours to be seen.
Scheduled my 2nd apt, they canceled because of computer issues. I had to continually call to reschedule. When I finally did get apt rescheduled, I learned that apt was NEVER MADE. Had to reschedule AGAIN, and I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours to be seen again and I’m still sitting here as I write this review. Horrible! I’m absolutely disgusted on how they treat their patients.

The doctors lost my x-rays for my hips. How do you lose an X-ray? ! Not to mention doctor dIzay didn’t even give the the right refills. Go else where seriously. …. Unless you’re going for acupuncture! Dr.bahk’s the best 11/0

They don't care about getting important paperwork done in a timely manner please do not consult them unless you want to be disappointed and for your condition to get worse.

I am writing this on behalf of my dad. Yanni, the office manager has been nothing short of amazing. She has helped my Father Jimmy during these last couple
weeks and been a constant help to him. She has always gotten back to him when she said she would, has always asked about how he feels and is there it help.she truly goes above and beyond for her patients and my father during his time of need. He really can’t express enough how much Yanni has been a help to him. She deserves all the recognition in the world.a true healthcare hero!

Every time I visit the office I am greeted by name. I love the vibe the Corona Office provides. From the receptionist, to the nurses and doctors.

I waited an hour and a half to be seen and another hour and a half in a freezing cold room with only my shorts on. I asked the staff at least 3 times how long it would take and they said they didn’t know. I also asked if they could at least put the temperature up in the room and they ignored my request. I was waiting for 3 hours with no information at all. I walked out and wasn’t even seen by the doctor in the 3 hours that I was there. Dr wells was the doctor I was supposed to be seen by.

The staff all the girls in the front desks are very professional and friendly and in the second floor too the staff there are very professional and friendly. And Doctor Perez is a great person very professional.all the staff in the corona office are very professional

I think it is extremely poor quality care to double and triple book appointments. It should not be a 3 hour experience every time. This should be a 45 min thing. It is extremely frustrating to drive an hour to my apt. Then wait 3 hours They should book appointments further out in order to provide better care if they are too busy. The staff and Dr are ok. But the wait is absolutely ridiculous.
