By far this has been a positive experience for me. The staff is caring and helpful. I will be recommending this location to anyone who might need their services.

Because of surgery on another issue, they squeezed me into their busy schedule. It took a while to see the doctor. However he was very thorough and went through everything about the injury to that area. The staff was very kind and polite Even knowing I was holding them up from getting off work. I do recommend this place.

Dr. Lopez have answers all my questions and took good care of me at Healthpoint in Ontario Office!

May not be the nicest looking building, but they have the nicest staff! And that’s all that matters!

Never seen on time if your Appointment is at 2: 15 they don't take you in to the examination room till a 1hr later then you wait there for another 20min this happens every time I go and I have to go here because it's workers comp.

Everyone at Healthpointe is so helpful and kind that it makes every visit so pleasant! Also Dr. Lopez has helped me feel much better with all the different therapy techniques that he has taught me! Thank you to everyone at Healthpointe!

Doctor Cortes is very through and answers all your questions. Will miss her VERY Much when she leaves the Ontario Office!

This place is a walking HIPAA violation. Test results are explained in the crowded hallway full of patients so everyone knows your business. Dr. Cortes is terrible to be around. She has walked out on patients more than once, yells at the staff constantly, and has even cussed at staff in front of patients. I do not recommend her as a doctor she is money hungry. Dr. Fritz over books himself and will spend 10 minutes top with his patients not explaining anything to them. Dr. Ghodsian makes fun of his patients and SUCKS at responding to medication requests. When his patients are out of medication, he can take up to ONE MONTH to refill it for them. The office is so dirty unsanitary staff are not trained properly on sterile procedures. Almost half of the "staff" is students completing hours. Very unreliable place. I recommend avoiding this work comp place at all costs. Go to hospital and ask your job to reimburse you PLEASE for your own health.

Evyone is thoughtful and Courteous Some people are funnier than others They have a serious attitude about my health and well being But without the awkward moments

They canceled and reschedule your appointment one day before the appointment and have no regards for the patient's plans especially on important holidays plans made for months

Most frustrating experience being told by one doctor at your Ontario location he could not perform the procedure on my daughters fractured left hand and we needed to go to your Corona location. We saw Dr Perez in your Corona location only to be told she cannot perform surgery on minors. 2 days later my daughters has to start over due to the incompetence and lack of communication between Healthpointe

I was seen fairly quickly. The doctor was very thorough and gave me the answers I was looking for as far as my foot injury. The treatment I received was very helpful and I know I will fully recover soon. Thank you Healthpoint

Very nice group of Professional workers and Doctors. Dr Cortiz did s excellent job on my wrist surgery.
