The staff is AWESOME! But, the facility could use some updates and modernizing in the lobby and rooms!

One more thing. On my initial visit, I had to fill out a big stack of forms. It would be nice to have had those numerous sets of forms mailed or emailed to patients. The forms made made my appt start late.

The nurses at HealthPoint in Pierce California are really nice but when you are checking out they failed to give me the proper paperwork and I had to return to their office twice it was very inconvenient but besides that the people are very nice

I really like the team at the Healthpoint Perris PT location, everyone there is really good. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs there services.

I had a wonderful time at my appointment experience. The doctors and staff were all so kind and gentle. I think it’s great to have awesome healthcare in My city.

El unico problema que tiene este lugar es que el edificio esta atras, por es un lugar muy limpio, muy profecional, muy buenos Dr. Y personal que saben lo que estan haciendo, lo recomiendo.
The only problem with this place is that the building is in the back, because it is a very clean place, very professional, very good Dr.and staff who know what they are doing, I recommend it.

The service is horrible, my dad had end stage cancer and COVID pneumonia and my mother and I tried to talk to Dr. Nick over a telemedicine appointment, he didn’t even give us the opportunity to ask him questions about my father because he won’t answer to caregivers only patients, 2 days later my father passed the incompetence surely didn’t help, all we needed was to ask a few questions and he denied that when my father couldn’t PHYSICALLY TALK. Dr Lupay is okay, Dr Nick on the other hand could care less, you’re just another refill to him.

Let me start by saying I’m seeing two different doctors with Healthpointe one of them Dr Lee for pain management has done nothing for me in any way shape or form just trying to push me onto taking pain pills and I am not going to do that, my first visit was an hour drive to get there and then I had to wait 5 1/2 hours for my visit and I had an appointment I was miserable I hurt so bad I couldn’t stand it I felt sick to my stomach I was in so much pain the second visit was the same thing I only waited 3 hours, the third visit I waited two hours, I drive all that way for him to tell me to come back in two months there’s nothing he can do if I’m not going to take the pills, now the second doctor I’m seeing is in a different building in Temecula not in Paris he is great so far

I don’t feel that there is a level of compassion displayed. I feel like I am just a number and have not been treated as an individual. Perhaps there is not enough staff or Doctors working to provide the level of service to meet basic standards. At one appointment I waited 4 hours to be seen, to be told the same thing. There was no resolution to my medical needs until a case manager became involved.

The office is so disorganized I waited 2 and half for my appointment time ever y time I go and it's only the Perris office I've gone to the Temecula office a few times and was seen in less then 15 min so why such a problem there

Dr Morales is Good! He understands people's pain! I'm Thankful for him! He really cares about your needs and acts on them.

The receptionist team need to freshen up on their customer service skills. They are not courteous, polite or show little/no empathy for the patients.

Some of the staff here is friendly but if you come see Dr marger you better be ready to fill out a book full of questions and the staff won't sign you in untill you are completely done filling this 1 inch packet avoid coming to see him if you can

I have been seeing Dr Nick for spinal injuries for over a year. He has helped me so much with medications and injections, he listens and is genuinely interested in helping. The receptionists are helpful and polite, although the wait can sometimes be up to an hour I am happy to wait for great quality care.

The doctor is so rude don’t even let me explain myself my part he goes in five seconds says what he says and that’s it no consideration how I feel the disc for my MRI he did x-rays and told Me that I need to lose weight that I have arthritis i think that was rude instead of waiting to see what’s my pain he just don’t care

I recently visited this office. I would like to start by saying I was highly impressed how clean everything is. In the middle of a pandemic this is very important to me. I had an encounter with the assistant manger, Evelyn. She was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, I loved their customer service. 10/10.

It was a very large let down the office people do not have follow-through very well when you're supposed to have an MRI and they have no idea what's going on and you try to have them contact the doctor that they can't get a hold of you going there and see the doctor the next time and he asks you why you haven't done what you were supposed to do they have no idea what's going on
