I have tried to give this place chance after chance but the last 3 times I habe gone the wait is nearly 3 hours with an "appointment", the Dr is pretty arrogant- about 2 years ago my autistic 5 yr old needed stitches on his big toe she came in holding the numbing needle up and scared him worse than he already was, he tried shooing her away from him due to his fear/pain and her holding a giant needle like a maniac, she got offended said "no Im not doing this with you" and had audacity to tell me I can try it myself if I want it done!? ALSO the medicines arent ever sent over and when I tried to contact them they kept ignoring my calls but when they needed me to confirm my childs insurance they answered my call back so fast! Worst clinic ever this place is ridiculous! All of high desert health care sucks but this place just takes the cake! 0 stars if I could.

The receptionist was not very welcoming when we arrived, that may have been due to her being a student I guess? We arrived at 3: 15pm for a 3: 30pm appointment; while there they sent me a text with a 3: 45 pm appointment time (No big deal, it was only 15 more minutes). Well, those 15 more minutes turned into an almost 2 and a half hour appointment for a sports physical for my 12 yo son. Once seen by the PA, we were in and out within 5 minutes.

Highly recommend Brooke Super Friendly Overall Caring she was a great help last time I took my daughter.

Because I made my appointment early in the morning and it was at. 11: 30 and it's almost an hour after my appointment and they still haven't called me or checked the signs. At the very least, I don't see the point of making the appointment if they won't attend to you within the stated time.

The front staff- ok.the back staff who took my vitals- ok.the medical assistant who helped me while my son had the over the phone doc visit because the doctor NEVER IS IN - A M A Z I NG. The doctor herself? TERRIBLE.she wouldnt let the medical assistant talk and let her know what she was observing from my son (short breathe, wheezing + a BAD COUGH) she kept talking over her and when i spoke to the dr she told me she was not going to prescribe my son medicine after waiting from 955-12 and let alone not knowing the condition of my son since she isnt there to see or hear his breathing.and the assistant who is observing isnt given a chance.unacceptable and unfortunate.the staff deserves a better doctor who actually shows up and CARES.they carried the drs duties while she sounded like she was cozy in bed on her raining monday morning.her attitude made it seem like we were bothering her, when its her job. NEVER GOING BACK.wouldn’t recommend.

I've been waiting for Dr. Valentine to call me for almost 24 hours per receptionist michael, I will have a call last night then was told I would have my appt at 11am Saturday. I can't say that I am disappointed health r us is exactly like these wacko high desert Dr's and terrible ER's the medical board needs to shutdown all of these"medical" offices down or be prepared to pay out enormous lawsuits

The worst urgent care in the high desert! There staff is rude the wait is always over two hours for 5 minutes with the doctor. They don't send your medicine in right away so I had to wait until the next day. So if you need your medicine right away don't go here. The doctor takes her time doesn't care about her patients and was hurd yelling at one of her staff member for a simple mistake. By far the worst experience I have been through! Never going back there!

The wait is ridiculous, the front staff is absolutely clueless on whay theyre doing Or even about the practice that they work at.they are very immature! I am starting to believe that they hire anybody. Very unprofessional and most of the staff do not care about their job.

They either need to find new staff. There is maybe two people there That are decent after job. The rest need to be replaced

If you want a good urgent care, avoid this place.

Very nice and friendly staff especially the the nurse who took my vitals she was amazing. I made an appointment onlineand was in and out in 35 minutes.

One star is to much for this place their customer service is not good at all we went to see a doctor 8: 30am they said they will send the prescription and they never send it we call every hour and they said the doctor is sending in right now after half and hour we call again and they told us the same answer the doctor sending the prescription right now I wish I can see these reviews before and don’t waste my time going to this clinic

Horrible, just horrible. 1030am and no doctor in the office. I had to talk to her on the phone and she had the TV blaring in the background. Bad enough that her accent is so heavy but with the background noise, it was impossible to get decent care. Medication prescribed was not a good choice for chest congestion at all. Obviously she didn't listen to my heart and lungs. Prescription was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy but when I got there, it turns out that it was not even called in. Give me a break from amateur doctors. Never again.

Worst health care facility I have ever been to. Had me drive 1 hour and then the doctor did not even have the decency to see me, called me on the phone. Then forgot to call on prescription, I had to physically drive to center since they do not answer the phone, called 10 from the pharmacy and they do not answer, message on phone said they will get back to you within 24 hours. Facility was run down, not very clean, and did not look very sanitary. Will never go back to this clinic again!

This place is horrible.made a phone appointment yesterday at 4: 00 took my co pay of $20.never called me for the appointment waited all day the next day and still no call.they will take your co pay for them not to even have the patient to be seen.this place has horrible staff and the doctor sucks!
they keep ur money even if you don’t get seen.

So really we aren't taking precautions anymore? If somebody is requesting a covid test they'd probably should be waiting in their car and not sitting with others in a small waiting area!

This place sucks they have u waiting for the longest time and then they tell u that u are going to way more just for a phone call with the doctor just cuz she's busy. What cane of doctors is this not professional.

I was able to make two appointments for myself and my daughter. Appointments were for 4: 20 and 4: 30pm. I got out at 6: 30pm not a problem. I expect to wait this amount of time however where they lack quality of care is when they dont send your medication to the pharmacy right away. It is now 9: 08pm and their office closed at 8pm however I even went back to the office before they closed after I had left to ask when meds were going to be sent. They promised before they left they would send but they said pharmacy closed at 9pm. I said no problem send it to 24 hour pharmacy so there wouldnt be any excuses and they said ok. Here I am with a bad infection and my daughter is sick too and they didnt bother to send it. Never will I go back and I will also report them. Whats the point of going to urgent care if they are not even going to send over your medications to the pharmacy until the next day. I dont even have words for that. Unbelievable, these people dont understand they are playing with people's health. Something needs to be done so clinics like this can't stay in business and provide anything less then quality healthcare. I dont understand every 6 months they call me to tell me they have new services. They obviously dont have enough patients during the year and they expect to stay in business with these unethical practices.

They are supposed to be open till 8pm. We showed up at 740pm. They said they were closed. I get it some dr stop seeing ppl 30 min before closing but their OPEN SIGN WAS ON. Door was open but they still were not going to see us. If your establishment says your open till 8 and your door is open and your light is on.you should still see people til 8pm

This is a terrible place. I waited an hour and a half and I was the only one there when I got there. They took people in before me even though I was there first. The doctor didn’t even see me. My blood pressure was high and oxygen levels were low but I still couldn’t see a doctor. She spoke to me over the phone. She didn’t call my prescriptions in for over 16 hours after I saw her and then didn’t call in a prescription for an inhaler even after being told my cough was in my chest, I had wheezing and I’m a smoker. Doctors are supposed to do no harm but she did harm to me by making me wait! I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the medical board of California.
