My husband Brandon went in with a TBI and fractured metatarsals on his foot. When he got there he had Prost trauma amnesia and couldn’t figure out how to walk without putting weight on his foot. He spent about 2 weeks there. While he was there we spent a lot of time on FaceTime due to the no visitor policy in place (covid-19). I was very pleased when listening to the staff and nurses who would interact or take care of him. They were kind, patient and consistent with him. I was very happy that he ended up there. By the time I got him back he was like brand new (minus having to use a walker) Deborah was our case manager and I absolutely loved that woman. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to all the therapists that spent one on one time bringing him back. Forever thankful.

My husband had back surgery three weeks ago and was sent first to Fountain Valley Hospital where the care was awful. Since there are no visitors they don't get the attention needed. I wouldn't even give them a rating. Without asking me they were checking him out and making their own decision where he was going and no way was that going to happen. He had to stay there a couple more days, however; it was worth it. We got him into Encompass Acute Therapy in Tustin and there isn't enough stars for this place. Larry said it was like heaven. Everyone was so nice and went out of there way to make his staff as pleasant as possible. Mark called me on that Monday and rushed all the paperwork so we could get him into their place. He couldn't even get out of bed when he got there. He still needs help because of the back surgery and I might also mention he has Parkinson's and that isn't easy either. He had not had a shower for 8 days and that is one of the first things they did and put clean clothes on him. They treated him like a human being. They would check on him often and keep in touch with me also. Some of the names he mentioned was the supervisor, Dr Nicole and therapist Nicole, Barbara, Darrell, Rosa, Denise and the case manager, Cecilia, was so helpful getting everything arranged for him to come home. Hopefully, the home care we will have helps him to continue his recovery. Since I couldn't go and visit I felt comfortable knowing he was in such great hands. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs this kind of care.

I've had a lot of experience in medical care, and I found this facility to be one of the best. They aggressively taught and encouraged active participation in the therapy, which is the most important thing, and the reason you are there. The facility was clean and safe, the food was good (enough), and the staff was caring. If your insurance lets you choose, choose this place!

Love this pkace and thank god for them. My mom has been here two times and after 3 very bad places i thank God we got her back to this wonderful place. She is home now doing great after 3 months of hell at other care places and this pkace hot her home in a week. Cant thank you enough for caring for my mom Shiela. Would say to anyone let this be ypur first and only pick. Tyvm for caring for my Mom.

Hi, my name is Edith and would like to thank Nicole and Oliver who made me feel as a family member. I hope i can visit them on my own feet (because i left on a wheel chair). I am sure they will be happy to see me walking because i am going to put all my effort on this task. When i arrived i could not even stand on my own they had to hold me from the shoulders. Now i can walk using one hand on the handrails and nothing would not be possible without the patience and the words of hope that they both gave me. The food is great they even gave you a menu to choose from. They gave me my food to my requirements (i am vegetarian). Thank encompass health.

Much better than I ever expected. The staff was very respectful and professional. All of my rehabilitation needs were met above and beyond. I highly recommend this establishment.

I checked out this facility today. It is super clean, bright and the staff it very friendly and engaging. I found the rehab gym and team to be very knowledgeable and informative.

I researched the staff and they all seem to be tops in their field. This is the only full rehab hospital in all of Orange County. Everyone else seems to do it as a side business.

My dad was there for a week. The therapists and on-staff physicians are great. Therapy is a minimum of 3 hours per day & their absolute goal is to get you back to independent. Everyone was good about explaining want they were doing & why. The patient/staff ratio was very good when we were there. They listen to you & work to get you to your goals.
