Best healthy spot location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. After going to the Beverly location, and west la location recently, this one is light years ahead of the other locations. Management keep doing what your doing here!

We came here as new dog parents a few days ago and the woman who worked here (short hair) was so knowledgeable and kind and really helped us feel confident in our purchases! Wish I remembered her name but she was so genuine, helpful, and took all the time that we needed to learn more!

I gave up petsmart when I found healthyspot and, I'm glad I did. The staff as well as the managers are extremely polite, nice and very helpful esp dan. They take the time to answer your questions and are never too busy to explain to you the nature of your question.as well as giving you more info along with it. A very clean environment, and well managed store with a knowledgeable staff.

I went to this healthyspot today. It was so busy even at night and the most wonderful thing that dan still acknowledged me and told me he’ll be with me after dealing with a customer and it made my night as he was helping each and every one and made sure that every one there was acknowledged and helped.

The staff are courteous and professional. They bend over backwards to assist me in every aspect. Dan and others are great for doing their job. They have the knowledge of all the products, when I ask questions. There is nothing about healthy spot that i dont like

My husband and I have been to many pet stores and this is by far the most down to earth kind people we have met! They are so very nice about everything. We had a moment with Dan he was so nice entertaining our questions. So anyone looking for a great store, healthy spot is the one for you. I promised.

Trying to look for the right food for my babies, stumbled here. Welcoming staff and Dan was super helpful and friendly. He gave some suggestions and was very knowledgeable. Bonus that my pups liked the food! Will definitely be back!

The best quality tags I have ever found. I have service dogs and being able to read my dogs tags is extremely important to me. These tags are the only ones for me.

I love the Persian cat that I had bought in your pet shop! I was so happy that I found your shop with the help of my cousin. I like your staves because they were all accommodating and friendly. It's a nice small and clean pet shop. Unfortunately they don't have much choices for puppies.

Worst service, l will never come or recommend this place. Too expensive, horrible grooming, and employee had an attitude.
