We contacted the office of Hearing Aid Services, and right from the start Sean was amazing as he helped answer my concerns and schedule our appointment. We saw Kevin the owner and he truly is a gem. He made my mom feel at ease as he explained the process and the technology that has improved hearing aids over the years. This is truly the place to go if you want a easy breezy experience in transitioning to hearing aids. Prices are competitive and no pressure is put on you the consumer by Kevin and his staff. I went to hearing aid services of Antioch today and worked with Promoda. She was so fantastic! She was extremely patient, extremely thorough and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this service to anyone that I know with hearing difficulties.

Their hours make it very difficult to get service. I work 8 to 4 and their hours are 9 to 5,1/2 on Fridays and no weekends! But their staff is wonderful!

Excellent professional reception. In spite of the pandemic, I felt comfortable receiving their services, because both the technician and myself, practiced safe distancing, as much as possible & wore our face masks, to successfully determine my hearing deficiency.
