5 I have been a patient for several years. Hearwell has been excellent to work with. Alicia and the others in the office have been very accommodating. Even during the Covid shut down Barry made the extra effort to help me out by getting replacement hearing aids. I thought this was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend the Los Gatos office.

Helpful, pleasant, answered all my questions to understand the financial impact and the options I had. I am looking at options to replace my lost hearing aid devices. I recommend the Los Gatos HearingLife Center.
While Dr. Miles was here, it was excellent. However, since Dr. Miles retired (and left abruptly without telling his patients), Hearing Life Aid Center has gone down hill quickly. If you can find a better audiologist, then avoid Hearing Life. It's almost a waster of time. I'm very disappointed.

They have been exceptional in providing quality products and exemplary customer service. Oticon hearing aids are an amazing device and all of the personnel at Hear Well audiologists go out if their way to help with any questions or concerns that you might have. I highly recommend them to anyone that is hearing impaired.
