Cindy said she would be happy to help me anyway, and with the patience of a saint, coupled the assurance of your favorite family doctor, she repaired my hearing aids, updated the software, and showed me a few new tricks as well. The level of service Cindy and her team provides goes well above and beyond what was expected, and I’m thoroughly delighted, as well as forever grateful.

I visited yesterday. It's a comfy place to sit and wait. I was succinctly greeted and let into the office for my hearing test. The place is clean and accomodating. Friendly staff. I was treated by a Ms. Brown. She was great. Very friendly and supportive. Showed me the new hearing aids and let me try them. Wow. Hearing couldn't get any better. Too bad it is over my budget. They do allow monthly payments. The new hearing aids have rechargeable batteries and can be adjusted with your own phone. Cool.

I've had good experience at this office. I feel that audiologists are qualified and attentive. I don't feel pressured to buy new devices just because the current ones are 5 or so years old. The appointment process is good. Overall, I'm pleased with the service.
