Always friendly and willing to help with your hearing needs. They have always been honest in answering my questions and let me evaluate my hearing needs that will fit into my budget and needs! And can custom tailor your hearing aids through there hearing testing and computer programs. They are so small most people wont even know your wearing them, but you will notice all the sounds you were missing! Don't put it off if you can, i use mine every day. And feel lost without them.
