Sandy and audiologist Rashideh are both very pleasant and friendly.

I started with an Audiogram of both ears and results were “poor” as expected, esp in the higher frequencies. Next was speech recognition where I only recognize 72%.

The objective of the visit was to replace my 10 year old Starkeys. We chose Oticon Own 1’s. Took a mold and now waiting for delivery.

Customizing the ear fit is critical. These will be my fourth set of hearing aids worn, the seventh set bought, 6 of 7 bought at Hall Hearing, now HearingLife. They have always been accommodating and patient with me to get me hearing aids that work.

Rashideh, the hearing specialist, nicely and patiently walked through the hearing test results and suggested the type of hearing aid, and the CROS product. She even spent extra time in answering many questions I had raised. According to my experience, she’s quite knowledgeable and professional.

Professional, friendly, experienced staff, they offered a great service, comfortable testing experience and explained all my options. I definitely recommend this place.:)

Lori has been very patient and thorough making sure I get best hearing aids. Sandi has been vigilant reminding me of upcoming appointments and really went out of her way at closing time one afternoon to help me get Oticon ap working.

As usual, the Hearing Life staff was first rate. Sandi, at the front desk, was a delight. Rashidah, the audiologist, was professional and personable. I love my Oticon hearing aids.

Lori the audiologist was patient and answered all my questions! She was very competent and knowledgeable about the Oticon product and I left the appointment with new hearing aids and an amazing experience of being able to hear so much better than before! I highly recommend this business!
