My Oticon hearing aid receiver wire had issues. I called the HearingLife office in Rancho Bernardo and was told to come in at any time that was convenient for me to have it repaired.
They did a wonderful job and were most gracious and helpful.

Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The hearing test seemed thorough. They clearly described my hearing loss and the hearing aids that best suited me. My only concern was cost. Apparently different hearing aids manufacturers offer carrying pricing to different hearing centers. Otherwise I would choose to have a long term relationship with Hearing Life.
