I came in for a periodic follow up/cleaning. The technician came out to the lobby, I dropped my aids in the little tray, she did her thing in the back and returned to the lobby to give me my aids back. That’s it!

They did not have my domes available but promised to order them.

I would have expected to be taken back and to have had the ability to speak with the technician privately. The personal relationship that I used to have with Evelina are now gone.
