Hearth Apartments South Building reviews
4 Located at a quiet area, very convenient to grocery store, gasoline stop is within walking distance. Bus stop, food court bakery, and Post office are about 15 mins away. Spacious outdoor area and Park all you can find.
Car parks and housing office, available 24 hrs Gym and reading room, outdoor pool etc.
Everything is so nice about this residential apartments building. Broad entry doors. Excellent elevators. But too many condos and you could lose your way in a maze of twisting, turning, winding pathways
You got to be sure which unit you are heading to. Else you are sure to be lost ️
Beware.
Once inside the condo, you are good.
Neat clean well ventilated bright interiors.
Neat well structured rooms.
HVAC ;good.
Water supply s good.
Balcony deck gives a panoramic view.
I am sure you will live well here.
Security system too is an additional plus point you can rest assured.
So are the parking lots.

Our package just got stolen from our door step. It is just super sad and we feel not safe to live here. I wish apartment complex can do something about it…
I've lived at the South building for 3 years now and I really enjoy it! The team is always nice and helpful and they host lots of events which makes it very enjoyable.
I would preference the units in South building as the ones in the North have had security problems in the recent past. If you are like me and obsessed with how much light my apartment is getting I would recommend the units facing Via Sienna located in the corner as they get lots of light at sunrise through sunset (see photo attached: D). Another positive thing about this building in particular is that you get the benefit to use 2 pools (one of the rooftop, the other inside the courtyard), 2 gyms, pet spa, 2 game rooms (VR golf included), 2 club houses (reservable for parties), and many other amenities as both building North and South belong to Prometheus. Overall, I would highly recommend living here!:)
