At Rancho Cucamonga, was Paul who was very prefeccional and particular on my needs. However, I could not afford the high price compared to others hearing aids supliers.
Hi my husband and I got our new hearing aids today. Great experience with Paul. He took his time with both of us first time was testing. He explains everything on both visits. Shannon is the receptionist, greeted us with a smile helped with the paperwork. We highly recommend not only seniors but anyone having hearing problems. You will never be disappointed. Rancho office is the best.
Very friendly and attentive. Small office, so be prepared to wait, unless you have an appointment.
