6Always cutting me, never says sorry. I stopped going cause they are rude and I believe they are not licensed. Each area I don’t see their license where it should be.
My nails are absolutely horrible the glue in the crease of the other nail is all sloppy it’s like dripping out and the color is so cheap! I can see through the nail
I really like this place especially Niki she's always very detailed and attentive they do good work. The only thing I don't love is that they aren't the greatest with scheduling. Sometimes even if you have an appointment they have you waiting a really long time because they are so busy they really need to work on that because that's the whole point of having an appointment not to go and sit for an hour for one of them to open up.
Nail salon is always clean and spotless. Staff is very friendly and try to accommodate one the best they can.
This place is a total rip off & my boyfriend & I only got a pedicure each & one manicure which shouldn't of costed more than $60 & they charged my debit card $172.00! I am still disputing this with them & my bank! I also suffer from narcolepsy which is a sleep disorder & they couldn't understand when I explained it to them so they kept trying to stop doing my pedicure if I even closed my eyes! This is illegal to refuse service due to any disability! Plus you are sitting in these massage chairs with your feet soaking in the warm jet streams so a person can't relax with their eyes closed? !? They were so ignorant & Im even thinking of taking them to court for this discrimination & how I was treated & then overcharged on top of it all! I've never been more humiliated in my life & they were very rude & hardly spoke any English! And they also made one toe bleed which had nothing to do with my disorder!
Annie is one of the best I definitely recommend for anyone to pampering yourself with all the service and requests u need it’s been 15 years and I would not let any other spa or nail shop do my services and would recommend All you tourist to give yourself a chance and explore an amazing service from having those in Sun Valley California
