One of the two cleaners was very effective, but the other staff member didn't seem to be doing much, and it took a lot longer than what seemed reasonable. Followed up afterwards to clean up areas that were left dirty.

Kathleen was prompt and did everything I asked her to do in the time allotted. Squeaky clean! Will call back for future service.

Yvonne was great! As a working mom, her cleaning relieved a lot of stress. Now my house is ready for guests!

I have had surgery on my hand. I needed her to do the dishes. She did the dishes and stacked the pots on the stove. I assumed that they were clean. No! She. Stacked them dirty.

She was here early. She had me check her work. She did really well; missed some things but the room hadn't been deeply cleaned for two years.

The worst experience, the cleaner spent hours just to clean one bathroom and bedroom of our new unused home and did not finish cleaning and said time is up. The speed of work was the slowest possible, total wastage of money.

I had 3 hrs cleaning. Rosa Maria came and cleaned my small apartment while we were at home. I wasn't sure what to expect because I never had cleaning services before. She made my bathroom as clean as hotel bathroom. I was glad because I saved my energy and my weekend was more enjoyable. The attention to detail was crazy. Everyone can clean but they are professional for a reason. I highly recommend their cleaning service.

I just had my first experience with heaven on earth cleaning, let’s just say it was not good and I would highly recommend anyone else. I had an 8-8: 30 scheduled appointment and they showed up at 10: 15. There was no communication on their end saying they were going to be late. I had to reach out to them as to see if they were still coming. 1 hr into my cleaning the lady says she hates to be in a rush but she does have another job to get too. She left after 2 hrs of work. As we know they charge 55 dollars an hr at a 3 hr minimum witch is not cheap. It’s not my fault the lady showed up late and couldn’t do the 3 hr minimum. Later I got an invoice from Marlene (manager) charging me for 4 hrs. I called Marlene as to why am I getting charged 4 hrs and she said it was a mistake on their end. To me this is Marlene and her company taking advantage of people, I was at my apartment while they did the cleaning so I knew it was only 2 hrs but it makes me believe that if I wasn’t there they would have kept the 4 hr charge. Talking to Marlene on the phone and the whole overall experience with heaven on earth cleaning was just a terrible experience. Never again!
