Great service - just be careful a bit with how hard you go with the tools and the temperature of the water. My nails look beautiful!

I took my mom and they did an amazing service and they were very friendly. She had great time there it cozy when you wait for them to get to you. I recommend this place and I’ll be back soon

She cut my hair to perfection and made my nails look very good
The salon has been recently remodeled and all the employees are very courteous and nice.
For the service received, the price is very reasonable.
There are a lot of salons out there, however Heavenly is at the top of the list

I’ve been getting my hair done here for over a year and a half with Mimi and the service is absolutely amazing. I get my hair colored, cut, and deep conditioned every few months and the results are stunning. Highly recommend this place!

The mani and pedi were great, BUT the prices are NOT what they advertise. I chose a combo (mani and pedi) and was charged $50 above the stated price! This is NOT good business practice. I won’t be back.

Mimi is very professional and does a good job. She also helped me choose the right color for my skin tone.

I was charged 240 for what was supposed to be a massage but wasn't, a pedicure that left sores on my toes. I definitely don't recommend this place, they are fraudsters

I highly not recommend this place, I arrived for my appointment and it started 20 minutes late. As for the pedicure, the woman did it very fast like she was in a race to finish, she was very sloppy not carefull at all, literally in 15 minutes my pedicure was done, and the 10 minute massage turned into a 2 minute massage.
The manicure was same as the pedicure, fast like she was in a race. She didn’t even take the time to paint the full nail.
There’s better places, don’t waste your time/money in this one.

Service is terrible. The ladies are all pretty unprofessional, not careful and gave me bad attitude because of the previous guest.

But I did nothing wrong, they don’t need to make me feel uncomfortable when they are removing my gel.

They keep changing people who served me. It’s just too pricy for this level of service and quality.

Mimi is exceptional! My feet are singing! Covid prepared. Wonderful friendly service. Not intrusive. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. If you want a pamper me timeout this is the place to be. Ask for Mimi

I used a Groupon here and they were great! They have Zoya natural polishes and use lots of organic products. They were super accommodating when I called to schedule. Will definitely be coming back!

This is a review for their NAIL services.

It was my first time here, and I had an excellent experience. The employees/techs are very sweet, patient and not pushy at all. I was so happy to see several regulars come in for "the usual" - that was such a good sign! Everything felt clean and tools were kept sanitary and fresh. Also a good sign!

I do recommend calling ahead for an appt just in case, but walking in seemed perfectly fine- you may have to just wait several minutes for an available tech on a busy day.

$61 service total (Which is awesome for the Bay Area!)

**TIP #1: If you pay in cash, it's even cheaper. They can direct you an ATM around the corner to use, if you prefer. (A credit card payment has an extra processing fee auto-included.) **

**TIP #2: Bring CA$H for GRATUITY! As requested by management. Thankfully, I brought enough for the 20% tip, expecting that to be the case.

Overall, I'm pretty sure this is one of the best manicures I've had, in regards to the accuracy and smoothness of the result: no bubbles, no bumps, no streaks, no missing spots in the polish or around the nail bed. I keep admiring the technique!

I wish I got the techs' names, but they both did great. I do recommend trying out this spot; I'm sure I'll be visiting again.
