Really bad call-back service. I left several messages with regard to both my glasses and sunglasses and they never called me back. I had to go in to resolve issues that could have easily been resolved over the phone such as using a different credit card and finding my glasses case that they didn't give back to me with my new glasses.

Otherwise, the people that work there are really nice and the glasses are beautiful, although expensive, but the expense is the same as any other high-end optometry store.

Michael hooked it up! I am a patient of the amazing and unrivaled Dr. Ginny Schaffner, and I usually frequent North Park Optometry (the sister location), but I decided to check out the frames at the other location and found a rad new pair. Michael walked me through the process with ordering my new frames and helped me get my current lenses replaced under warranty (something I didn't even remember or know that I had on my lenses!). I am a 24/7 glasses wearer with an advanced enough prescription that I can't NOT wear glasses, so I'm fully planning to keep my current pair (a French frame and pair of glasses that I also had made by this company at the N. Park location) and shuffle it out with the new pair.

Shoutout to the team at N Park Optometry. I can't recommend these opticians and optometrists enough.

Went in and ordered my very first pair of prescription glasses. Two weeks later got notified they were ready!
Micheal was my care specialist & he is amazing! Very patient & answered all of my questions. He could tell I was extremely nervous & he helped me immensely! Going back for pair #2 as a Hair Stylist & I love really trending frames, Micheal is the go to guy!

This place is the best! From Victor being so helpful on the phone, to Paloma greeting me so warmly, to Michael skillfully & quickly adjusting my terribly bent frames - what a great experience! I'm definitely coming back for an eye exam. And the decor is as lovely as the vibe.

They helped me pick out the glasses that look the best on me. I am very happy with my glasses purchase as I've been told my glasses look very nice on me by multiple people. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Today I showed up to buy prescription sunglasses. I'd booked the appointment online. Turns out I needed a different prescription for these particular glasses (to wear with contacts) which my old prescription didn't cover. The optometrist was able to fit me in for a consultation and fitting, and I was able to order my new sunglasses that day. I appreciate the staff working on my behalf, and this has always been my experience at Heights.

I feel well taken care of with Heights Optometry. The preventative care they take gives me piece of mind that as I age I'll be able to manage and minimize my sight loss.

The whole family goes here. We love Heights Optometry. My son is 5 and has a fairly strong prescription and Dr. Davis has been great about his eye exams. Very caring and thorough. We see Dr. Walton and Dr. Davis and they are both wonderful. They have some Saturday hours too which is nice when you can't take time out M-F.

My family has been seeing Dr. Walton at Heights Optometry for several years now. The staff has been fantastic with our children. They make the exams fun and my 4 yr old looks forward to going back each year. My favorite thing about the shop is that the staff helps with frame selection. I have the worst eye for fashion, but the staff sits with me for an extended period of time, giving me feedback and guidance as I hunt for the perfect glasses. I get constant compliments on all of my frames from this shop.

I rarely feel motivated to leave business reviews, but this place really deserves 6/5 stars. I have exceptionally bad vision, and Dr. Walton gave me the best eye prescription I’ve ever had by a mile. I felt like I could see well for the first time in my life. She seemed patient, friendly, and passionate as well, and answered a number of questions that my past opticians were unable to. Other staff is friendly as well and it seems like they are treated well. Highly recommended!

The staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. They care deeply about the health of your vision and I regret that I only get to go back once a year. Dr. Walton is chill AF and is always more than happy to answer all my idiosyncratic questions. My partner and I have been seeing her for 6 years and now that we've moved are more than happy to drive from East County to see everyone there!

I had such a great experience here! The staff was so communicative in helping me get an appointment earlier after someone cancelled at the last minute. Dr. Marcelline Ciuffreda was extremely friendly and helpful during the eye exam. I appreciated the thoroughness of the exam itself. Flor helped suggest some new glasses options for me as well, and made that process so easy. Literally everyone I met was professional, friendly, and attentive. Even if I move out of the neighborhood in the future, I look forward to returning!

Had a great first appointment at Heights! Was recommended by a friend, and so happy I went with them. All the staff there are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Loved to see the female-led staff! Dr. Davis was thorough and was patient with me while I went over my financial options. Everything was clean and covid safe, I felt very comfortable at my appointment. Had my first appointment at this place and it was great! I needed a lot of help with both my lens and contact prescriptions and they were so patient and understanding. I saw Dr. Davis (she’s awesome) and worked with 2 other lovely ladies. It seems like it may be women-led as well which is AMAZING! They even helped me choose a frame that suited me best.

Great service from a local provider. Friendly and patient staff. Exam is not rushed in any way. Good assistance with selection of frames and a detailed walk through of lens options and cost, including discounts from insurance. Excellent compliance with local and state regulations relating to Covid-19. Great care to make customers feel safe from potential exposure.
