Mark Feinberg is excellent. Was able to assist in a situation without having to go to court.

This is a law office specializing in landlord/tenant law. They have a difficult and unpleasant but necessary job to do and they do it well. We do not need their services very often but a destructive and abusive tenant needs to be evicted for the sake of protecting their neighbors. Heinz and Feinberg know the laws and follow them closely and ethically. I cannot thank them enough for the help they have given us over the years.

Continuously engage in ableism and transphobia. They are not responsive. They do not respect boundaries, even when the boundaries are in writing.

As you can see the response below, from Heinz & Feinberg, it is wise that Heinz & Feinberg does not incriminate Heinz & Feinberg by making false statements. I am grateful that all our correspondence have been in writing and will continue to share documents and evidence of the behaviors that Heinz & Feinberg engaged and continues to engage in with any one who wishes to see. The most recent letter I received from Heinz & Feinberg continued to refer to me as a they when explicitly sharing my pronouns with Heinz & Feinberg, rather than using my pronouns appropriately, Heinz & Feinberg chose to continue the transphobic treatment and stated: ". Failure to pick up after they's dog to roam common areas. ".

This treatment started August 23rd 2019 and is still continuing 2/4/2021.
