I loved the patience he had with me since if I was a little upset I suggest that you put the call service in Spanish since we find that the English language is complicated for us.

Do not sign up with Helium 10 software. This company has false advertising about their plans, the starter pack especially. Tools do not work and you can't go to page 2 to see more results.

Customer support is horrible. You will not get your money back. They leave you on seen saying a specialized team will get back to you, and of course no one does.

False advertising, lost trust in this company

Like many others have written, my subscription renewed and I did not want it to. I reached out to customer support but they just wanted to talk about their company policy ect. They would not refund me.

Helium 10 is an essential program to support Amazon sellers. I am very satisfied with it because it provides important information for keyword analysis quickly and clearly. Other advertising and listing creation tools are also helpful. Support also provides quick and effective assistance with questions and challenges. In short: Without Helium 10 it is difficult to establish yourself on Amazon.

Horrible customer support. Lloyd Regalado first helped me out when the Amazon demand analyzer button was not working. When reaching out to customer service, Lloyd tried to tell me this was not a feature that was available. I had to send tutorials with Bradley explaining how to use the tool to educate the customer support representative. Lloyd then transferred me to Jane Torres who said sorry and that "back end" was trying to fix it. Two weeks later from when I signed up, and still no word from "back end", just generic apologetic replies to my request for an update with no feedback on fixing a tool I should be able to use since I'm paying $80 a month in subscription fees. Very disappointing.
UPDATE: 1/20 Arianne Cedeno did absolutely nothing to escalate the issue and gave me the run around, even when I asked for a new ticket to be opened, When I asked for a supervisor she ignored my request and then signed off. This customer support system is pathetic.

After read all comments, I realized that I'm not the only one.
My subscription is renewed after one year, but my business on Amazon is not working well, so I wanted to cancel my subscription. Customer support told me that they sent me a mail about renewal, but I didn’t get it. I don’t even understand why it is renewing automatically.
Anyway, I explained myself clearly but Kristine Laranang (she introduced herself as a team manager) did not want to refund me because the subscription is renewed, and it will be cancelled for next billing time.
I have already told her I won’t use helium10 tolls again I do not need anymore, but she refused to refund me. Why I have to pay the services that I won’t use that I do not need anymore.

IT IS REALLY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND THEIR CUSTOMER POLICY!

So if anyone wants trouble he/she can buy subscription from them.
Awful customer service.

You will need to have a lot of experience selling on Amazon to really take hold of this product. Like most tools, it will not do the job for you, but it sure can open up some great insights.

I was also assisted very quickly when I had some issues. I used the chat bot system. Shout out to Jewel!

I made an error in creating two different accounts. I saw the charges in my bank statement. I contacted customer care via chat and Aldwin B helped me out. Becuase I was within the 7 day period, he was able to cancel the duplicate account and refunded my funds. It was a very good experience! BTW, the tool itself is great too! This review is really for their customer care team.well done.

Pathetic customer support inspite of being an enterprise customer. My tools are blocked for no reason and support team is clueless and keeps waiting for update from development team. The support is outsourced and has no ownership or incentive to resolve the issue. Every 6 hours the support executive changes and you to explain the case all over again from the beginning. Incredibly ridiculous support.

The support of Anna was great. Fast response, comprehensive approach. Fast resolution of the problem. This cause not the cancel but to just pause my subscription.

I am in the process of requesting a refund and this company wants me to submit a copy of my bank statement along with a picture of myself holding a photo ID. This is nuts and they are clearly trying to discourage refunds. Don’t give this company your money, they don’t deserve it.

Great tools but awful customer service and GROSSLY overpriced. I mistakenly paused my subscription instead of canceling it, and when I requested a refund (I cancelled my subscription the day I was billed) they couldn't offer me a solution that didn't involve me resubscribing. I recommend just using Amazon's tools

My experience that I got from Helium 10 customer service was excellent. Jelianne Angeles was very understanding and offered the service based on customer satisfaction. I would recommend Helium 10 to anyone into any kind of e-commerce. There is alot of education that is offered and you continue learning on how to improve your business. Thank you Helium 10!
