Cool selection of beers, including some sours which I’m hoping to try next visit. The King Rufus Porter was REALLY good!

Nice vibe, great selection of their beer. Optical Haze 7.0% ABV was pretty decent. Came out for live music by #realitysession and nice find in the industrial area. No food but food truck had a huge selection.

Very chill but cool atmosphere. Good selection, reasonable prices, and a good truck out front!

Just went in and got a beer which tasted like water and instead of offering to switch it out he just started arguing with me.
Not going back, ever.

Located in industrial area of La Mesa, this brick walled rustic microbrewery got a nice set up. There are two buildings sandwiching their outdoor patio area. Dog friendly space where you see many families with their pooches. They have many different type of beers but their sours standout the most. Good service, great ambiance. One way street but never had any issue with the parking.

There are 2 taprooms at this location - Helix Brewing and Sourworx. Helix has all the hoppy IPAs and Sourworx has all the sour barrel aged beers. We can even hang out in the large beer garden with our dog.

Huge selection of beers. From sour to bitter, everything is there. Chocolate, pumpkin to very exotic flavors.

Old school sours.what you hope to get out of a sour and Helix brewery next door has an amazing pumpkin seasonal beer too!

Really good beers, live bands on certain days, food trucks, good location with easy freeway access, great indoor and outdoor space and a beer selection for everyone! The staff is outstanding and is always very friendly. Especially Kylie, our favorite, who is always extremely polite and on top of it!

Its been a while since Iv had a sour this good. This place it basically part of Helix. Has that backyard hangout vibe.

It's literally MORE expensive to get a 32 oz growler (as a price per oz.) than the equivalent amount in-house. Why?

Really great atmosphere and a favorite among our group of friends for regular meetups. Always have some sort of food truck and live music sometimes. Beer is really good, but it is always the same. Would be nice to see some new rotating beers.

Great staff and chill atmosphere. Nice choice of indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely a must-try for sour fans.
