Garnik is awesome. Besides being quick and VERY knowledgeable in his field, his diagnosis of my PC issue was very thorough. He even found a few hardware errors done by the original store who built my PC. He fixed those small issues with no charge, and fixed my main issue with emphasis on quality and time. PC was in and out of his shop in 2 days.

I'm a bit tech savvy myself and usually troubleshoot all problems on my own. This time was a bit complicated so it was my first time going to a PC shop. Customer service and welcoming is top notch. This is the place for your repairs.

Helix PC doesn't just do high-end gaming machines. My basic computer needed a simple repair and the shop owner seemed perfectly happy to help me. Friendly and professional, Garnik seems to enjoy all aspects of his work. He gave excellent service and expert advice!

Gotta Say this is still the best computer repair service I have ever used. My laptop went down during my trip to Burbank and Garnik like before came through with a quick fix and I was on my way. Great to deal with a very friendly. 5-Stars all day everyday.

Garnik really knows his stuff. I had taken my PC elsewhere and was told there was no hope for it or they would have to charge $750 to get it working again. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it at a fraction of the price I was quoted. Two months in, it still works like brand new. Highly recommend his services! Knowledgeable, polite and caring.

Gar is the best I’ve been coming to Helix for 5 years now and it’s a great experience every time. My laptops fans were having problems and I was experiencing random freezing with the laptop. Brought it in to Gar and he suggested we replace the thermal paste as well as clean the insides of the laptop and the fans because they had built up a lot of dust over the years. Problem solved and with a very fair price my laptop is back to great health and working great. There’s very few people like Gar who are so genuine and passionate about their work and honest with customers.

I own a relatively sophisticated PC that was build in the Pacific Northwest (2015) specifically as a “Digital Darkroom” for my photography business.   Twelve hard drives full of digital imagery! I began to have problems with the system stability and finally a motherboard failure. I brought the tower to HeliX PC and dealt directly with the owner Garnik. He is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable computer technicians-wizards I’ve ever met. He redesigned my system so I could use a number of the working existing parts. I wasn’t ready to jettison my entire system so he rebuilt it so I could still use the internal SSD drives and access the data.   Garnik took the time to select the components that not only would worked with some of my older equipment but made sure that the new system would “rock” based on my current photography needs. If you game, or have requirements for power and speed to crunch heavy data or media I would definitely buy a new system from HeliX PC over the “off the shelf “ stuff.   If you have a problem with your system and can bring it into his shop in burbank, he WILL figure out what the problem is. Absolutely incredible service. Practically got my PC back the next day after disclosing with the owner that I needed it back ASAP for work. The cable management was also superb, and the owner was just overall a really pleasant person. If you want great service and need repairs on a high-end PC I'd totally suggest going to Helix PC.

Need to upgrade or switch out some parts in your PC? Gar at Helix PC IS THE PLACE TO GO. I just got my PC less than a week ago and wanted to upgrade my fans with a new color and added RGB. I’d consider myself pretty tech savvy but more software than hardware and did NOT want to mess anything up. I messaged Gar online and he said bring it in after the weekend and gave me a quote - told me it could be done SAME DAY by end of day.
I brought it in and he honored the price he quoted me (I originally had asked for 1 fan but then brought 2 and he worked with me on the price change - it was perfect). THE SWEETEST MAN EVER. Said it would be done by the end of the day and I left, I get a call not even 2 hours later telling me it’s ready!
I can’t stress how AMAZING of a job Gar did on my PC. I am blown away. I had a little trouble rebooting back but just gave Gar a call and he walked me through the small steps to get it working… and TADA! Fantastic. Fans running great, RGB working well with software - job well done. Any questions you have, he’ll have the answer or will work with you to find a solution. Outstanding service all around. He really knows how to work with customers and how to work on your computer. Prices are out of this world and the service is even better! I will be coming back and recommending this place to all my fellow gamers in the area:) My PC is now perfect (for now) in my eyes and now I have a reliable place to bring my PC whenever I need help!

I was in the market for a custome built PC for work. My past experience with Helix PC was excellent so I returned for new graphic design PC custom built to my specs. What I got was a clean well put together machine that runs great. I discussed what I need with Gar over the phone and within 30 minutes we agreed on specs and overall build. The quality of his work and the honesty of this man is unbeatable.
