I cannot describe how amazing the experience was. The room is comfortable, the quality of the pictures is outstanding and Katie is so welcoming and relaxing that it just made everything perfect. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially first time parents.

Just wanted to thank you so much for my experience at Hello Baby. I was a little nervous about the bloodwork not coming in on time for my gender reveal but you reassured me and made sure all my bases were covered. Katie, you are so caring and you are great at what you do!

Before purchasing the genetic blood test package with 24hr next day results, we confirmed multiple times that I would in fact be receiving the results the following day, and she said it did not matter what time I got the blood work done. Long story short I did not receive my results 24 hours after, in fact I had to wait three days which was very disappointing because I was in contact with her and asked multiple times when I would be getting my results and she said worst case scenario I’d be getting my results two days after. With her confidence that I’d be getting my results that day, I had my husband take the day off of work. I hadn’t heard from her as promised, so I checked in and when I did she said results come in between 4-8.well that day she closed early so again, no results even after promised. Three days after my blood work I finally was able to pick up our gender reveal cannons but I had to go to her house to pick them up from her porch. She just didn’t seem sympathetic or willing to refund us for the rush/felt as if she was bothered by helping me get what we paid for. Definitely glad I was able to find out what my baby was, but do not pay for the 24hr rush as it is not worth it.

I will absolutely be back here later on in my pregnancy for a 3D/4d ultrasound, Katie was so nice and made me feel so comfortable being here, I loved how the whole office and ultrasound room was decorated and also your family can go in the room with you and enjoy seeing the baby on a big screen, it’s also so relaxing in there.

Went and got my wife the blood test and then after a couple of weeks went by and they confirmed the gender so the blood test is accurate good professional people there!

Had a great experience here. Katie was very welcoming and personable. She didn’t make us feel rushed and took her time to get us good pictures which we very much appreciated.

I went to Katie for my 14 week gender reveal ultrasound as well as my 32 week ultrasound. She was so patient! I asked questions and she answered them so kindly. She is really knowledgeable. She took the time to get the best pictures of my sweet babe. I highly recommend her!
