Been coming here for a few years now and it’s hands down the best deal in town. Staff is always friendly, Lucy and Susan are awesome (Lucy’s my favorite lately) Don’t forget to use a rewards card, free massage after 9 paid massages.

Seven, the only male masseur there, is my favorite for 60 minute body massage. Higly recommend to make a phone call to request Seven! The massage itself was definitely deep tissue, but I felt like he knew what he was doing and worked hard to get my back free from tension and knots.

I came here after 20 miles of walk in 2 days. My feet and legs were screaming. I picked 60-minute foot massage. The guy has very strong hands. My feet and calves have never felt so released of stress. Then I had the back massage, and it was hard, but felt so good.

Enjoyed my foot massage here! It doesn't get much better than a foot massage here. The attendant lady was nice and led us to the foot massage room. I had pain in my calf muscles from all the walking about and it was totally gone after the foot massage. I get foot massages often but this place was by far my favorite experience.

Best foot massage in El Cajon! Ask for Seven, the therapist's name is Seven. His
magic hands relaxed my feet. I can feel my legs and feet float on air. He hit all the foot reflexology points and I really appreciate that.

Prices are clearly posted, cash, card and apple pay are all accepted. The foot massage has bed looks like chair but not chair massage, the front desk said the chair massage is not available because the chair is broken. So when you ask for foot massage, don't say chair massage, because the chair  massage is done in the lobby and the chair is broken. I highly recommend the foot massage, it's from head to toe, very relaxing.

I have been coming to do massage there for several months. I tried all the services they provided, regular whole body massage (Swedish and deep tissue), Thai massage, foot reflexology, and special combination. The prices are great, but the best part is their flexible scheduling. To make an appointment by call in advance is recommended. I left feeling refreshed but also very inspired to take better care of my body.

I purchased a 60-minute couple massage on groupon, the location was easy to find, behind Starbucks. The massue was extremely sweet. It wasn’t too gentle or painful. She really worked on my mussles. The recommend tips start at 10 dollars for one hour, I tipped 20 because she really did a good job. I will return.

Just got a foot massage here and can definitely say I will be coming back. Great service and relaxing atmosphere, and the guy who gave the massage was clearly very experienced. Highly recommend!

The therapist was great at helping me. I explained I had a neck injury and they worked shoulders, back, and everything auxiliary to the neck. She also tenderly worked the neck without causing any pain. I left feeling totally renewed. I could turn my head and bend without the restriction I had going in.
Professional, skilled, and courteous. This is the real deal.

Great massage therapists, very responsive. My mom and I regularly receive massage at Hello Massage in El Cajon. Scheduling was easy and so was parking. The room was relaxed, respectful, and down to earth. They will give you a reward card after massage. You do nine times, you can get one time free. I can't say enough good stuff and I am so excited to go back.

This is the absolute worst and unclean massage organization I have ever been to. After waiting long after our scheduled appointment time, my husband and I were told the room was ready. I did not see them change the linens and we were the last appointment of the day. Which means all prior appointments had used the same sheets. Completely unsanitary even pre-covid health regulations. I asked them to change the sheets and they panicked and then giggled at the fact I asked for clean sheets to lay on before getting a massage I had already paid for. I should have left then but my husband really needed a deep tissue from work pains, and so we stayed. Bad idea as I soon realized they only replaced the top sheet, thin as paper, and not the bottom sheets underneath. This has now been 5 days and my skin has never broken out and itched with small bumps as it has since this massage. Not to mention the massage itself was terrible, I asked the lady providing the massage for pressure equivalent to a deep tissue and I could barely feel the massage at all. Overall this was the worst mistake and I will never go back. Please check the cleanliness and sanitization before you lay on the sheets, I just hope nobody has the same skin reaction I do from the filthy operation this place is providing it’s customers.

For our first time coming here, it did not leave a good first impression. My husband scheduled us for a 10am couples massage as we were celebrating an anniversary. He told the gentleman on the phone that we were celebrating our 5th anniversary ans would like a couples full body massage in the same room and he told my husband ok no problem. We arrive at around 9: 50 am to check in. They ask us for the phone number, and take our payment, THEN AFTER taking payment and leading us to the back, they ask "Oh separate rooms ok? " Both Hubby and I are confused as he booked the couples massage for us to be in the same room. She said "Oh a couple who had an appointment at 11am (A whole HOUR after ours mind you) came in early and they gave the couples room to them. " Apparently there was some mix up and they thought it was us checking in even though, different phone numbers? I was more annoyed and upset that they tell us this AFTER taking payment like it wouldn't be a problem. Now if it was just going to get a massage and not celebrating anything, it may have been different but the fact that all this was stated agreed upon only for this to happen was poorly handled. We ended up coming back an hour later (at 11) in order to get what we originally asked for/booked. During the massage, the two women seemed very pleasant and kind. They each left the room at least once after speaking with eachother (did not know what they were discussing as they were speaking in another language) but them being out of the room for more than a minute was upsetting as well as it ate into our massage time. Not a full hour as we laid in the bed at 11: 05am and they said we were finished at 11: 52. Will most likely not be back again

When you call to make your appointment make sure you ask for Jina she is by far the best I’ve had in a long while. She is an expert and has mastered her talents. She hit all my pressure points. I will be back most definitely and I encourage everyone to make this your place of relaxation!
