The dealership found a missing bracket on the sway bar I bought a number of years ago. Had it in my hand in 3 days. Plus, the other side and 2 new bushings. It's nice to experience the same level of service you think you provide to your own customers come back to you.

I ordered helper springs from a third party that arrived with a damaged box and missing a bag of nuts and washers. Instead of returning the whole item and getting a new one. I contacted their customer service for specifications on the nuts and washers so i could source them myself. They ended up sending me the parts free of charge!

In my opinion this is one of the best companies I have had the privilege to do business with. They totally stand behind their products, each time (2x) I have contacted them with my issue they have responded immediately and shipped the necessary replacement parts the next day. This is some of the BEST customer service I have seen within the industry.

Had the 7306 on my truck for our truck bed slide in camper. First off, the sway bar is flat out a must have if you have a truck bed camper, lost most of the scary sway, the sway bar and a set of air bags and my truck is super sound going down the road. Got in a wreck and the truck got totaled. Called for a new fastener set for my new truck. Scott got me all set up with what I needed. You guys rock!

I purchased a front sway bar kit for my 2002 GulfStream B Touring based on an E350 Superduty chassis. Great product, made an immediate difference in the handling of the motor home. We had done a short tour of western Canada and the northern US and found that the handling of the small motor home not particularly pleasing.
After that initial trip, I installed the Hellwig front sway bar kit and found it made an impressive difference which proved itself on a trip to our Canadian Maritime provinces including dealing with hurricane Lee. Our first year of ownership saw an impressive 12,000 km of travel on the Hellwig front sway bar kit. From major highways to rough secondary roads, through the Cape Breton Highlands during a hurricane and back home through Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, the Moho performed and handled everything that came our way.
Upon returning, I found some damage to the end link bushings likely due to my over tightening the bolts. I contacted Hellwig to arrange for replacement bushings and Kevin, from Hellwig, got in touch with me promptly and arranged shipping of the replacement parts promptly and at their cost even though I was likely at fault
I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service and quality of the product. I’ll certainly purchase their product again and they have this customer’s loyalty and thanks.
