Best agency ever honestly, I always waste my time filling up information in other agencies and they never find you a job or call you again.

I discovered helpmates today and within 3 hours they got me a job; Joel was really patient and helpful. I would rate 6 stars if I could. I really appreciate it, thank you. Excellent.

They do not have any real positions available, they only want your personal information, complete waste of time communicating back and forth several times. To create some type of in office or gain more clients/location clients for this office. Its better to directly communicate/search for jobs than wasting time working with helpmates irvine. Unprofessional and tacky business practices.

WORST AGENCY EVER, they use to be good now they suck.never answer, take forever to reply, they don't even tell you if you're hired or not.worst recruiters ever don't work with this agency work with "adams and martin group" they're the best. HELPMATES YOU HAVE TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES

Waste of time, energy, and effort. They'll get your hopes up about getting you a job and then come empty handed. Alot of broken promises. Do NOT work with Joel. He will bait and switch you into thinking you've landed a job. Wasted time filling out a long and tedious documents online. I wished Damian was still there, he helped me tremendously!

Joel has been very friendly and helpful during my job hunt. After I showed interest in networking with helpmates, he provided information of companies and assisted with connecting me with a temp to hire position. The process was made quick and easy. He gave me a clear description of what tasks would be performed at the job site as well as the environment I’d be working in. I’m thankful for resources like these being available for anyone who struggles to find employment. Thanks.

I wish I could put zero. I've put in a few applications over the last few months, the most recent on Aug 9th. I finally got a response for ONE saying they will be moving forward to other candidates. That's fine. But the email didn't even say someone would call about other opportunities, just they were going to review other resumes. That was it.

**DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO CALL YOU AT ALL UNLESS THEY THINK YOU FIT A POSITION, AND WHO KNOWS HOW LONG THAT CALL WILL TAKE. I called them and they told me basically "we'll call you".

This place will waste your time and energy. I came here for a job I applied for on Indeed and after I was Interviewed they told me that they would be in contact so I waited 3 weeks with no response and I emailed them back for a update and they tell me I told them it was too far from me which I did not say. These people will lie to you and get your hopes up for nothing don't waste your time.

Bad low on jobs company only had 2nd soft for certain positions, so there not gonna give what your looking for there gonna give what the need filled, would advice to go to another place that has more options
