Avoid this place. I have purchased jewelries for a value of $1253.47. I got my necklace today with a solid knot. After spending hours trying to untie this, I called the company to have a return label. The woman who answered my call with all her dramatic apology never sent me a return label, but instead bombarded my email with sales. The company knowing how unhappy I am with the condition this necklace was sent to me did absolutely nothing to repair this, retain the sale. I asked to cancel the rest of my order, I was told that it's difficult now. Once the order is made, it is difficult to cancel it. Just wait till I receive it and send it back. I really wonder how they stay in business in such competitive times. No value for customer or customer's money.
