This place would literally just rather let you die than be bothered to forward basic medical paperwork and referrals.

This place is extremely unprofessional I’m not sure how they staff is still allowed to work there. The front desk medical biller Angelina gave an appointment to my girlfriend and the day of the appointment decided to cancel her and tired to tell she had an attitude. How could you tell someone that may have cancer that they have an appointment but then cancel their appointment the day of. That’s lying to a patient about being seen for their health. You would people in the medical field are there to help and not they just for a paycheck. It’s sad that people can’t get any care because lazy and unprofessional people who are just looking to collect a check. Also seeing the rest of these reviews how hasn’t this hospital been sued already. Legal actions will be made.

The Dr office is horrible about trying to make the appointment the office is rude and the lady Angelina sets an appointment then cancel without your knowledge so when yuh call to confirm your appointment there isn’t one this place is HORRIBLE

Would definitely not recommend. The office staff is rude. The male nurse practitioner contradicts the doctor's assessment and is extremely rude. Be aware appointments are not on time when you arrive. When and if you finally get a doctor's appointment I must admit Dr. Saleh and Nicole were very nice and appeared competent. But good luck getting past all the other rude employees.

The office staff here is extremely rude. Very poor customer service. Poor attitude and condescending tone when speaking to elderly patients.

Heidi needs to learn how to answer the phone with a little more patience and be kind as well

Thank you Dr Henderson and Dr Murphy for the Professional Care provided to myself and my Mother. Thank you to Heidi at the front for helping keep communication going between myself and the Doctors on behalf of my Mother, and for going the Professional and Caring extra step to not just make sure my Mother had what she needed, but to make sure I was okay, as well, as I am my Mother's Primary Caregiver. Understanding that I, nor my Mother are not the only Patients, and that everyone is busy, so therefore clear and polite communication and patience is not only part for the Staff, but part for me, as well, when requesting care, helps everyone.

Awful experience. As a new patient I was seen by a person that had been with the practice for 1 week and was NOT A DOCTOR; but a nurse practitioner. The office should have informed me the person was not a doctor when scheduling the visit.

Not okay. Changing doctor immediately.

Honestly if zero was an option that's what I would give them. Your insurance pays for more then 1 place. Please think extremely hard before wasting your time going here and even more so if there is acually a medical issue you are suffering from currently.
1st does the office/front desk people understand they get paid to be there? They act like you are interpting their personal time no matter when you go there or when you call. I would think they just hated their lives but when not helping someone in the office they are laughing and joking around with each other like they love life so it just has to be that they are so lazy that having to acually do something to earn their pay check is too much for them.
2nd they tell you they have done something and dont such as send prescriptions or getting referrals. They act like they work at a gas station not in a medical job where peoples lives are affected. Honestly never have I ever dealt with such horrible people. If meds are orders or another doctor is needed most likely its serious enough to need it in days not weeks or months.
3rd the 2 or 3 doctors my mom has seen (not even sure if they are M. D.or not) but they lack basic common care knowledge of anything. I havent even gone to medical school and I have had to explain many things to them based off basic time spent learning. When asked they always say a specialist can help but then it takes a referal and the front office won't handle that. Months and months to get anything handled at all. It's always "give us a week and we will call you". Then no call.
Doctor wants to say "if you want to be upset with me you can". IF, IF? I just want you to do your job which is helping those who seek medical attention from you. In no way do I have time to want to be upset at a doctor but I do want you to take care of those who come to get help.
I just for the life of me cant imagine this amount of employees here are all ok with being in a situation like this? How did you go into the medical field to not acually want to help people? Why? Be better and report this. Help in being part of the solution not apart of the problem.m

I don’t recommended. I won’t ever be going to this facility again after going every 3 months for 2 years. I called to give them a courtesy heads up that I would be a few minutes late and without even asking for my info they advise they won’t see me and will have to reschedule for over a month away. I cancelled the appointment and then called back less than 5 minutes later to ask that they switch the appointment to a telephone appointment that they had offered me the very day before. She goes on to say oh we already have that appointment away. It was in 10 minutes until the appointment unless they literally have people standing I. The waiting room on stand by she’s a freaking liar.
