Called for an appointment. The lady at the reception had the entire conversation on speaker phone which is unprofessional when there’s other activities going on in the background. Called to confirm, called back, the estimator gave me a window, then messages about changing the time to another day. 4 says go by with no quote after it was told that it would be available by the next day.we reached out via email and no responses yet. Will not be using your company.

I can't say enough about Hemet Fence. They were totally professional. Nick and Jesus were a great team. They installed a vinyl fence we had already bought when most firms turned us down because they couldn't mark up the material. It was straight as an arrow and just jaw-droppingly beautiful. Please. Wonderful company

Had a great experience overall. They came out quickly for the quote. The employees that came out to tear down and put up the new fence were outstanding and went above and beyond. They were very helpful and quick and cleaned up as they went which was very much appreciated since we have animals/children. We would give 5 stars but the receptionist/ person who handles the admin was not very helpful or polite on several occasions. We had to contact the office for information that should have be provided/included and they never seemed like they were happy to be on the phone or talk to us.

We will definitely be sharing with friends and other neighbors interested in updating or replacing their fences:)

Was quoted for a chain link gate for my 16 ft driveway $1600. Chain link isn't that expensive.

Everything went well - the estimate, the communication, the install.everything. They showed up when they said they would, and the install was quick and efficient. And the fence looks great!

Hemet Fence was great to work with on our project. We had to have a property survey and approval from our HOA before starting our fence. They were very accommodating and were able to get the fence completed days after HOA approval! Crew that put the fence up were friendly and quick. We walked the property and confirmed where the fence was going and let me know when the job was done so I could approve before they picked up. Highly recommend Hemet Fence! We will definitely use them again in the future!

I had the same experiance as others. We own a security business and had someone run into our fence detroying 3 panals and 2 posts. They took weeks to send me a estimate, were rude when i showed up at there office to ask about the fence, refused to give me an estimate at all for repairs, etc. I was standing at the door and asked for some help with their products. They asked me to stay outside because they were scared of getting infected with covid but were not wearing masks. Also i could over hear the super important personal conversation while standing out in the cold. When I picked up the panels they pointed at them in a lot next door and offered no help loading. I repaired the fence myself and took down their fence plaque. They wont even look at a job for less then 5000.00. (This is what the office manager told me). Which i do understand but you dont tell your customers that.
