This hospital doesn’t care about the patients they need better nurses and doctors that care about people

I guess they called his hospital the death hospital for a reason please don’t send your family and loved ones to this hospital. Unless you don’t want to see them again have the ambulance take you to Loma Linda this hospital needs to be closed down absolutely the worst.

Don't know where all the negative is coming from, but let's face it. A Hospital is a Hospital, their will be wait times, short staff comes in to play too. With that being said, I appreciate their service to me. I was seen accordingly and after a few hours (bc labs and xrays take time) I was cleared and sent home. Appreciate the wonderful night crew.

Not crowded, quick service to visit patient in ER. Friendly, qualified staff. I have seen many quality improvements. It takes great effort and persistence to change the reality and perception of a hospital. I see evidence of improvement.

BE WARNED They dont care about you or your health! Came in with a newly developed pressure ulcer, waited 2 hours with a half empty lobby just to get vitals i explained to the nurse i cant sit on my injury because it will aggrivate my injury and will cause me more physical damage the longer i sit on it.so i asked to leave my number and if they can call me when it's my turn, i'm parked 10 feet away in the handicap space, i was told no.so when i replied so you are gonna have me sit here and exacerbate my injury further? It's been 2 hours.she goes I'm not gonna answer that and dismissed me i also have a possible fractured hip, from a FALL.i am paralyzed from the waist down and cant feel my hip, i had a hard fall but everything seemed okay, untill a day later i was feeling intense shooting pain inb the same area and painfull sensitivity.let me mind you i am paralyzed and cant feel that area in general wich is why i figured something must be wrong.when i finally got called back i was asked why I didn't see my primary doctor, and told this er is only for life saving emergencies which you are not having. Then told inshoukd just make a appointment with my primary. I explained I haven't seen a doctor in 4 years and the only time I go to the doctors is when i truly belive something is wrong, I was pretty much dismissed at that point, he quickly looked at my pressure ulcer and said it looks like it's healing (I had a stage 4 pressure ulcer at that site prior and almost died) he touches my hip a few times and asked about my surgery then goes well everything seems fine, do you want an x ray? I said its probably best just to be sure. He didn't seem to like that then told me okay well let me talk to another doctor and we will get back to you shortly l. Why don't you go back into the waiting room (the lobby triage) and I'll get back with you. Been sitting here for an hour since.on a pressure ulcer.wich make them worse! I'll tell ya what happens next.

Worst care ever! The employees there are rude and they have no customer service skills for patients. My fiance went in because we thought he broke his hip, and the doctors actually asked him why he was there instead of going to see his primary care. First off it was the holiday Thanksgiving weekend, so his primary care doctor was not even available. You're going to the ER for a reason the doctors and staff should be compassionate for the fact that you as a patient are scared you're not going just to go and hang out nobody wants to sit at an ER for 6 hours on a Saturday.we will travel an extra 45 minutes just to go to the next ER next. If you actually want people who care don't take your family here

These people are honestly the worst health care workers ever. I had a facial injury and I went in to just get a check up. They instructed me to go to the ER to see a doctor so I assumed that's also for minor injuries too. I was wrong, I waited for 3 hours and got 5 minutes worth of xrays done and a doctor who literally talked to me for 2 minutes saying I have no broken bones and was discharged. I got a bill of $900+ for the "equipment" used and another bill of $800+ for the "doctor service". The service of the doctor talking to me for 2 minutes cost over $800!? That is ridiculous. The billing company purposely makes the due date just enough days out to where you cannot dispute anything and was told $816 is the "standard" ER fee. All I wanted was a check up and they have the audacity to charge over $2k for nothing being done outside of the xray is amazingly stupid. Insurance said that the hospital has a contract to be able to charge high prices, regardless if something is done or not. The receptionists at the front will lure patients to the ER for just a headache so they can charge high rates for little service. It's sad to say, but I would rather die than to come to his medical group for treatment, because they will bleed me try with the bill. If they can charge so much for nothing, imagine a serious injury. Deserves no stars. No health worker in that building cares about anyone's wellbeing, they just want the money and to send you off.

20 min ago an that nurse never brought one out they have no care or desire for there Jobs this emergency Room Needs To Be Shut Down Completely…!

Why is it they only ever have 1 person doing all the blood work. 4 hours of waiting and nothing. Not even a eta. Just sorry only 1 staff is working today. Because they have no eta or anything not a single person has come into the room me and 5 others were waiting in. Not 1 person in an hour 4 anyone.

This hospital is pure trash. They draw blood, X-rays, and urine.then they forget about you. They don't address any of your concerns at all. You can say I'm having a heart attack or stroke and hand you a clipboard to fill. Don't go here if you value your life. Spend the extra gas and go elsewhere.

They also tell you, "If you want to leave, someone will call me with the results. " Can you imagine that call "Yes, sir, you're having a heart attack. You better come back in"?

Very disappointed i really don’t like going to this location because every time I go I get a bad experience but it’s the closet to my house, Last night I went in around 6: 20 pm to take my daughter they got me inside the room around 7: 30is I didn’t think it was a long wait that wasn’t the problem, The problem was after she got tested for covid and what I thought was the RSV test that they said they would do but no! First of all they had me waiting in the waiting room for hours after that it was around 10 ish when what I believe was a nurse that came up to me to let me know the results were yet not ready and that they didn’t want to keep me waiting with my 5month old in the waiting room so she told me to leave & someone would call me to give me results! I left & never got a call, I called today around 8: 40 & they processed to tell me they don’t know why they even told me that they would call me if they don’t give results through the phone & that both test they got done were negative but they never put in a order for RSV that she got the influenza test & the covid test which was very unprofessional of them to make me believe they were doing a RSV test which was one of the reason I took her! Not just that but when I was called they call 3 other people & got to me at the end & they didn’t even know what they were doing they kept asking each other where was the sticker for this patient & one of the nurses told the other that she was already tested for something I didn’t catch what she had said, I thought they were taking about a different patient because my daughter hadn’t even been touched! This hospital needs a lot of improvement, new staff that actually cares of about there patients needs! They also got 4 people that were in side the room out within two hours even tho they all got X-rays done and one of them even broke her leg & had to get a cast but had my 5 month old waiting for hours, mind you it wasn’t that busy when I got there only a few people! I recommend going to the riverside one instead cause I know that’s what I’ll be doing for now on

This hospital is the most thorough hospital I have ever been to. The listen to the patient and quickly gets you through triage.

If you can make it to another hospital literally any other hospital go there instead. Its amazing they haven't been shut down already. The only reason they're still open is because its literally the only ER for Hemet & San Jacinto. This place is completely unorganized & the wait times are insane. I mean don't go here if you're having chest pains you're not going to be seen for about 12 hours anyways

Unorganized, dirty, unprofessional not knowledgeable these words describe this hospital.
EMT didn't even know where the ER was located. I've never been to the ER so I was expecting an employee to know. He pointed me to the parking lot. What a clown he is. Front staff was rude and needs to be retrained on HIPPA.
Wait times are long but in my opinion, the real issue is the staff that is not properly trained and not able to execute their duties. This causes chaos and confusion all around. Phlebotomist was terrible and could not execute a blood draw. Doctor did not see me and discharge paperwork was filled out by mentioned phlebotomist.

Worst emergency room I've ever been. My son was seen here last night for a fall he had while playing on scooter. I was told that his x-rays shown nothing. It was just a sprain on his arm according to the er doctor. All night my son was in excruciating pain. This morning I took him in to see his doctor and more x-rays. My son has 2 fractures on his arm. How was the 2 broken bones missed on the x-rays at this place? No excuses for that. Its a clown show. No one knows what they are doing. I'm staying far away from this hospital. No wonder there is so many bad reviews on this place because there all true!

I hesitate to give this a 3 or a 4 stars (4 only because the doctors and nurses ARE actually good from my observations and personal experience), but I went with a 3 in the end. A lot of the negative reviews are about wait times, and its true, the wait times are insane compared to UCI (over in orange county) or kaiser or well, most ERs I've visited with family or in person. Even HOAG the wait times aren't long at all. And while I haven't been, loma linda probably wouldn't have insane wait times either its pretty similar to UCI.

I definitely recommend bringing food to this particular ER, you'll wait so long you'll miss lunch (or/and dinner). Bring water too. They don't provide any of that in the long as heck waiting room.

I went in with what ended up being bronchitis. An hour to get an xray, which I thought was very reasonable for ER times. Then the looooooong wait of 5-6 hours of waiting for xray results.well.more like for the doctor to even look at it. Felt like I was forgotten about, and my nana had to call them and kind of forced them to speed things up.maybe they did forget about me dunno.

Though like I said, the doctors are knowledgeable and very kind. They are probably very overworked at this place, maybe more so already than they are most ERs. But the wait times are just almost too much, I'd rather go to Loma Linda. I don't have much options though on medi-cal, almost no one accepts it and its a pretty junky insurance, its almost like having no health insurance at all.

Either way, this is the ER I got brought to, and if you do go here, definitely make sure to have things to eat. Or.you'll get hungry and want to walk off before they get to you.eventually.oh and bring your chargers for phones/laptops/tablets or whatever electronics you bring. There are plugs in the walls, though not sure if they let you use them.

I'm at hospital sometimes has a bad reputation I have never had anything but a wonderful experience including the students all the way to the reception in and out take care of my business highly think that they're they are not fairly treated Love Hemet hospital
