What a terrible doctor and practitioner. I went in for an injury I received in a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition and was basically given an ace bandage. I clearly told Henry Kaw to stay within the confines of my insurance because I do not want to receive any additional charges. He showed me that I wouldn’t.
When I received a bill in the mail for over $200 I called them and asked why I was built when I clearly told them to let me know if they were performing any procedures that I would be billed for. I’m a single dad and lost my business due to Covid, I don’t have money to waste on a $200 ace bandage when I could’ve done that myself. The receptionist told me they would pause the payment until I could pay or work it out with insurance.
I was going through the process of working with my insurance, when I received a call at 2PM from Henry Kaw himself, stating that if I do not pay the balance by the close of business THAT DAY he was going to send it to collections. He was incredibly rude and condescending, questioning how I can afford to raise my son if I can’t even pay my medical bills. I would never go there again or recommend this place to anyone.

Exceptional Doctor all around. Fortunate to have a PCP like Dr. Kaw who is effective and communicates his findings in such a way that I am easily able to understand. For anybody new to the area I can guarantee that seeing Dr. Kaw for your primary needs will be exactly the type of health care you expect and deserve.

DR Kaw is very thorough and detail oriented. I really appreciate his knowledge and guidance. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr Kaw and his staff are professional and personable. Wait times are short and examinations are thorough. I'm getting excellent care and would recommend him to everyone. The doctor is pleasant and caring.

My experience with this provider was not a great experience. I was a new patient and went in for a routine check up however he did not complete a check up and billed my insurance for a full check up. My boyfriend goes to Dr Kaw so I figured I would give him a try. For my boyfriend he does a full physical including blood work. It’s very upsetting to know now that my insurance was billed for a physical since Dr Kaw didn’t complete my physical. Now that I’ve had my baby I am do for a check up and can’t get that done because he would consider it as a ‘sick visit’ according to his assistant. When I went back in February Dr Kaw did not give me the appropriate time and the whole visit felt rushed like he wanted to get in and out of the room as quickly as possible. I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Kaw and his staff are very accommodating and professional! I went in for a mole removal and it was quick and painless. This is the place to go! Best doctors experience I have had. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Henry Kaw and his staff are some of the most wonderful medical professionals I have ever met. Unlike some doctors i have met in the past, this doctor will sit down and take the time to examine you, talk with you and help you understand what needs to be done to point you in the right path to recovery. He is not one of those doctors who looks at the records and makes recommendation according to what is on the screen or on paper. He genuinely cares. Of course his great reputation is also elevated even more with the help of his staff. They look at you and speak with you like a human being who cares about your wellbeing. Would I recommend him to others? YOU BET I WOULD!

Dr. Kaw and his Team are the best! They are humble, kind and really care about your health. They make you feel welcomed. The patient rooms have these high tech tablets that let you explore and learn about several medical and health subjects. They are also Foodies, so I love talking to them about food!

Dr Kaw and his amazing staff are all great! I have been treated by Dr Kaw for over half a year now and I must say they give treat me like we have been friends since grade school. They are professional and kind AND like friends you have had since kids they are honest and upfront. That is exactly what I needed and Dr Kaw does just that. Very honest and caring at the same time. Because of Dr Kaw and his staff I have 1) avoided being Diabetic, 2) lowered my blood pressure to good and healthy levels, 3) I have lost over 60 lbs and 4) am healthier then I have been in the last 15 years!
