Hi, I don't write many reviews, but felt compelled to after my recent HVAC experience with Bianca from Henry Mechanical. Truthfully, I'm a crusty and skeptical retired guy, but Bianca helped bring back my confidence in trade service businesses. Kudos to Henry for their operational professionalism; however, most of the praise goes to Bianca. Her knowledge, sincerity and patience engendered trust and her kindness and easy going positive attitude won me over. So I'm pleased to now be a Henry Mechanical customer. Thanks for the great service and keep up the good work!

Wow what can I say but this was an exceptional experience! Good advice and really helpful on our new to us home. Can’t say enough about the quality work cleaning our ducts after the previous owner had 4 dogs so there was a lot of hair! My husband and I are allergic so the service was essential to our wellbeing. Thanks again!

My HVAC system was dying and on it's last leg.at 19 years. Replaced Furnace/ AC with Lennox elite. Also got an air purifier/ scrubber. All in a day.
Andrew was awesome as our first contact and he helped us inderstand what was happening with our furnace. He was kind, very patient with our questions and easy to work with. We never felt pressured to buy anything. He really knew the ins and outs of HVAC systems.
Leslie on the phone was friendly in guiding me through the process of financing my purchase according to my budget which I was grateful for. The stealth brothers Tyson and Garret demo'd the old furnance without leaving a trace. They were very professional, friendly, tidy & easy to have in the house and the finished install looked polished.

Uriel was awesome-thorough and knowledgeable. We had a great experience working with him-twice now once for AC maintenance and once for air scrubber install.

Lucas did an amazing job at our one-year maintenance check up. He was very personable and friendly, efficient, explained everything clearly, and was able to rebalance our system as we requested. Great communicator’s came out to do maintenance on my air conditioning heating unit when my maintenance company has gone bankrupt. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Professional timely everything you want in a company. Also, they are local and don’t look like they’re going out of business anytime soon. We’re really great evaluating my unequal, air-conditioning and heating. Also came up with a good solution for upstairs air conditioner if I chose to do it in the future. Really great overall experience. Tyler was kind, respectful, and very informative.

Starting with our first encounter with Andrew and continuing with every person from Henry Mechanical, including the awesome office staff, we are so happy with our recent purchase and installation of our new Bosch heat pump. Jose did an over the top job leading the installation process, and making sure that all of the parts of the heating/cooling puzzle fit perfectly. We highly recommend that you call Henry for for your HVAC projects.

Bianca was great. Arrived on time and was professional. She explained everything clearly and completed the job quickly.

Found a gas leak that had been hard to locate. Reconnected a duct that was slightly disconnected. Inspected all the duct connections. Explained some features of the new thermostat we had previously installed (by Henry).

First time user. Before the guy arrived, I looked up reviews on him (Lucas Russell). Everyone raved, and one referred to Lucas as "a treasure". I'm gonna go along with that! He was everything the reviews promised: prompt, friendly, professional, cooperative, pleasant, and informative. He willingly explained what he was going to do, how it went, future requirements and ways to make that easier for me. Absolutely no complaints in this court, five-star guy all the way!

Henry Mechanical worked with my parts warranty to fix an issue from a previous company. They are polite, on time, and competent. I am able to get a service appointment in a reasonable amount of time.
