Before I give my honest review about Hank and his team, I need to give a little info about our house buying situation because we didn’t think it was possible for us to get approved to buy the house of our dreams. In summary, we did not have all of our ducks in place, meaning that our tax docs weren’t ready, our bank accounts were definitely not looking like we can afford a new house, and our funds were not ready. There were just so many other things that weren’t aligned to show that we were ready to buy a new house. Hank was actually referred to us by a friend because our friends knew that Hank was exactly the person we needed to help us. And boy they were right. Luckily, we have very good friends with good connections and I mean that because Hank can and will become your good connection. Hank is a true professional at his craft, and that is getting you approved. He knows the market, the banks and the lenders, and he knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s worked with many different buyers with many different situations and for many years now. If he says he can make it happen for you then I truly believe that he can make it happen, but if not, then rest assured you are not ready and you can take his advice to get you ready. First of all, Hank has a good team behind him and they make you feel like it’s family or friends that are behind you and working for you. Hank is like that very cool and funny family friend (but he’s actually a professional, who really knows what he’s doing.) Anyhow, if anyone is on the fence about going with Hank, I would be that friend to you (like the friends that were to us) and tell you I think you should check out Hank and see what he and his team can do for you.
