I always enjoy coming to pick up my products. Its very fast and convenient if you don't want to wait for them in the mail. The staff is very friendly except for one. The lady with the Honey blonde highlighted flippy hair that gives out your products to you when picking up. Hate to say but she seems racist. Everytime I get my products from her she's never friendly, doesn't say hello or smiles. One time she double looked at my ID & gave a look like if it wasn't me. Today, my products came down the pallet and the green boxes per usual. My number was called to come up to the station and im just standing there waiting for her to come over. I was standing there for a whole minute. She was just standing there near my products acting like she was doing something on her scanner which i could clearly see she wasn't. Then she just walks away. So the gentleman came up and helped me with my order. I seen her serve 2 prior customers (who were hispanic) before all this. With smiles, friendliness, and all. I always see that. But she always treats me blah. I don't let it get to me. But herbalife to me is company who doesn't discriminate. She shouldn't work there if she's going to discriminate who she's friendly to. These were just 2 occasions, but there's been more. Next time I go and if she's there, I will definitely asked to be assisted by someone else.
They do the great job! In and out just one hour for load 25 pallets.realy amazing.
This place is almost awesome. Check in was quick. Loading was quick but the docks they use are at the end of the building and have to be blind-side backed into. Fine for a day cab but not so much for a sleeper
