Ordered a gift for my father from Heritage. They waited two weeks, then canceled my order 2 days before Christmas.

Heritage is the absolute best! We always find something in there, even when we aren’t “looking! ” The customer service is top notch and they make you feel so welcome. They are also great at putting together little gift baskets for that hard to buy person - recommend.
Cutest shop, friendliest staff, and nice variety of items! One of the coolest things is that you can create an account that makes shopping and returns easy, but also makes gift giving a breeze. I also I once called them about a specific clothing size and they texted me photos of all the dresses they had in that size so I could shop from home. Just amazing above and beyond customer service! Definitely will return to this store again and again.
