4Yes the HOA is low but that's because they didn't do anything you would expect a normal Association to do. What they will do however, is screw you over and put an intent to lien on your home for supposed non-payment despite payments being made. They outsource every possible job to a third party company and make doing anything or getting any answers close to impossible.
They don't like any different race to live there and they make sure that you leave asap.
Hiring security guards to Harris the members is extremely annoying. They do zero actual good for the community. I have taken the liberty to remind them of that. The lake is small but nice. I haven't seen any fish jump in over a year. The pool is great. No BBQs.
Very nice, but they could let more than 25 people in at a time and still maintain social distancing. I would say 40 people and still have plenty of room for everyone.
