HERITAGE VICTOR VALLEY MEDICAL GROUP - Urgent Care

Husband went to urgent care out of town while at work and was given medication for uti now a week later here at home he was still getting backaches and discomfort when urinating he decides to go to heritage urgent care and their response was "well why didnt you just call the other urgent care" mind you its out of town so they told him "I dont know why youre back is still hurting uti test shows negative just continue your medicine ill get your discharge papers. " Waste of copay! Go somewhere else! They also took almost 2 hours to get him an "i dont know why" answer he got there at open and he was out at 10: 55

I do NOT recommend this place. Their website shows they have x-ray services. Therefore, at 6: 30pm, I went to this place to get my injured knee x-ray'd. I was wheeled in a wheelchair since I couldn't walk, filled in all their necessary paperwork, paid my co-payment which they incorrectly charged me $35.00 (my co-pay is $20.00) and gave the reason I was there. Approximately 20 min later, they called my name and checked my blood pressure and THEN proceeded to ask me "did anyone tell you we don't have x-ray service on Wednesday and Thursday"? Nope, no one told me I said. I said your website didn't say anything about that. Apparently, you can't break any bones on Wednesday or Thursday. What a waste of time at this place. I had to RUSH down the hill to Beaver Medical Urgent Care and hoped I made it there before 8pm. I made it at 7: 30pm and was given exceptional service and care. Oh and they charged me the correct co-pay of $20. This place sucks!

Took a couple of hours to get seen when it wasn’t that busy. The PA that saw me was very nice and helpful but the staff is rude and not on it. My prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy so it was a pointless visit. I would pass I this urgent care.

Really friendly and clean facility. Wait times are reasonable and the staff is very efficient.

Very nice crew. They got me in right away and was very professional and respectful. From the front counter at ladies to the Dr.and phlebotomist. This place was very clean.

My kids have been seen here many times but One of my younger sons came tonight and did a great job. Dr.tim H was amazing he listened to my concerns contacted my son's doctor to hear her concerns as well and made sure me and my son understood everything he was doing and saying along the way. Great place. Thank you

The office and lobby are clean. The front staff are kind and helpful. The nurses are skilled and knowledgeable. THE PA I saw today was easy to talk to and was attentive to my care. I was there from 5pm to 8: 45. In that short amount of time I was seen by a provider, I had labs drawn and resulted, a fluid bolus and an ultrasound of my arm. I feel that's very fast and efficient compared to our local emergency rooms.

Went in to the Urgent Care today for back pain and It wasn't too busy so I was in and out in about 1.5 hrs. Staff is great and friendly and I was seen by Tim who not only explained to me what could be happening in my back but also showed me pictures and I really apreciated that since I am a visual person. Thank You guys for helping me.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! I drove 40 miles to go here and it did not let me down! The urgent cares in barstow are GARBAGE! Constantly telling people they won't see us because "you're sick, go to the ER" Or "we only have doctor on Thursday and they will call you later" or " you have to have an appointment" then what's the point of urgent care?
BUT!
NOT THIS FACILITY! The receptionist, Jamie, was awesome and caring of my situation! And the other receptionist was just as caring, and sweet with other patients. I arrived at about 930 and left around noon. Which seems like a long time, but honestly. It's not that bad. I was seen quickly for vitals, and covid test and once the tests came back it was smooth saling!
Doctor Tim was awesome! Explained everything so so well, really cared and listened to my concerns, did not dismiss me one bit! I will absolutely go back every time!
LOVED MY EXPERIENCE THERE!
