3 I stayed in the Casa Premiere and I was there for 6 weeks.
To start, the process of getting the unit booked was extremely simple and straight forward. Suzanne was responsive as well as easy to communicate with and her experience in real estate made me very comfortable from the beginning. Everything for booking was handled very efficiently and professionally.
Things only got better once I arrived. The location is as good as it gets. Right on The Strand and an easy walk to the pier and to countless restaurants, bars and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and you are literally right on the beach.
The space itself was exactly what I needed. Clean, well furnished, well decorated and with everything you could need from cookware, appliances, beach gear or linens. I needed to bring nothing but my clothing and with the washer and dryer right in the unit, I didn’t even need as much as I had. It was very private and felt like your own place.
In my opinion the best part is the patio directly on The Strand. It was pleasant to hang out on with my friends and meet people walking by or use as a home base when on the beach and the sunsets were awesome.
The addition of a gym was great also, I had never used peloton or mirror before and both were very cool and interactive. I never used the UNITA office space because it was so easy to work from my living room or the patio, but I will probably check it out on my next stay.
During my stay Suzanne was really easy to communicate with, simple texts or a quick conversation when we would run into each other. She even saved my bike when I stupidly locked it up illegally across the street instead of in the carport and warned me when she saw the police come by to take it.
Absolute pleasure to stay at Hermosa Oasis and I hope to stay there again in the future.

This place is phenomenal. It is actually right on the strand and steps from the sand. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the Hermosa Pier and all the shops and restaurants.
