I moved in here 8 months ago because I thought this would be a perfect place for me and my family I was wrong the Ac unit is trash you call the office to have them send maintenance to come look at it and fix it take them for ever and when they do show up they always saying theirs nothing wrong roaches is infested in here cats they our high for no reason the people in the office is terrible except Jennifer she is the only one who will go above and beyond my electric bill is over 700 dollars same as last month I paid that last month every penny here is September and my rent is over 3000 dollars and I'm livid coming up with that kind of money and I'm late paying that and they hit me with a 3 day notice I hate it here I hate coming home from work going here I can't wait till my lease is up I recommend no one to move here save the headache I really thought it was different here

I love it everything is so beautiful here and I was treated with so much respect and empathy helped me understand everything and this was my first time moving into my own place and the passion and care I received I will be giving my friends Recommendation to move to Heron pointe.

I have a family member who resides here and this whole summer the air conditioner has not worked and they haven’t properly fixed it, this place has been giving my family member the runaround on a bill that was ridiculously high especially since her ac has been off cause it’s not working. They’re extremely rude on the phone and it’s infested with cats and homeless people. If this place is your last resort then I’d understand, but this place is ran by scam artists and it’s pitiful.

It was a very easy application process. Not a lot of red tape I went on a Sunday and Jennifer was the only one there, lots of people coming in and she helped everyone who had appointments and the people who were walk-ins By Monday morning she was contacting me.

I was pre-approved. So I had my fingers crossed, and I got in! I'm so happy. It feels so unreal.beautiful landscaping. The pools are clean and cold. The spa is warm/hot and clean. Friendly staff. The unit itself is Great! I love it here!

When we looked at the apartment before moving in, it was destroyed by the previous tenants. Missing doors, holes in the walls, etc. We were told that everything would be fixed/repaired prior to our move-in date. When we went to move in, it was still a mess. We had to postpone our move-in date. When we finally did move in, it was still missing bedroom, bathroom and closet doors, walls still needed painting, missing window screens, and more. Long story short, we were told we would get some sort of compensation after everything was fixed and repaired. It took several months for everything to get fixed. When we finally asked about the compensation, we were told NO! We regret moving into the apartment complex!
Update: Management tell everyone that they are sorry when they get a bad review and ask you to contact them so they can make things right. WRONG! I reached out and they never responded. Since then, they have resorted to retaliation. We still live here, but they locked us out of the maintenance request portal. Now we can't make any requests. AND.twice we have requested that an exterminator come out and spray for roaches. No response either. We've had to have our apartment sprayed twice already and now we need it again. Roaches are bad here!

This place has the most absolute worst customer service a complex can have. Except for Jennifer (she’s the best) everyone else is completely rude. I don’t know if it’s because of my skin color and I wear durags or do they just treat everyone like this. If you are thinking about moving here please don’t there are so much better nicer places for the same price. Even the “‘manager” needs some training on customer service. I really hope they can come together and have better customer service and learn the customer and take accountability for their terrible actions. They got flustered and kicked me out the office because I kept calling them out never yelled or raised my voice once they are just weak individuals that do absolutely nothing. I firmly believe the lady who sits closest to the indoor pool has some racism in her. I hope everyone sees my review and if the have a similar experience leave one as well.

The job was never completed. Never heard back from the front office on the vendors coming to fix my leaky pipe by my kitchen cabinet. Our cabinet has been down for a week with our disshes have to go on our dining room table

This place is full of roaches, not enough garbage bins, this place cares more for their duckies more than the people living here. The water is turned off the majority of time as well. Although the neighborhood seems pretty safe.

Lana has been very helpful and attentive at our time at Heron Pointe & trying to find the perfect home for myself and my family. She never hesitated with any help and provided us answers with every question we had. Really enjoyed our experience with her.

Beautiful view but so many bad things happened to me while living there. They wouldn’t come spray for bugs every 3 months like they said they would. So there was always something wrong with bugs. My garage was always leaking water from the unit upstairs and they wouldn’t fix it. My car was broken into and my garage and somebody tried breaking into my home. They said it’s a gated community but the gates only worked maybe 3 days out of the 2.5 years i lived there. Then my heater stopped working so maintenance came 3 days later to fix my water heater just for my carbon monoxide meter to go off, they didn’t come check it out. So I called for PG&E to come and they said whoever fixed my water heater messed it up and that they had to turn my heater back off because Carbon monoxide was coming into my apartment because they did not fix it correctly the first time

Our dream became our nightmare! The new office staff display only a desire to do and say whatever is necessary to cut costs and increase bottom lines. They tell residents they will fix things and then never follow through or show up. The complex is no longer well kept. It is hazardous due to all lights that are no longer working in walk ways and mailbox areas. (The lights were not fixed even after we reported our low light garage had been robbed.)
The gates are always broken.
The water heaters are very loud and old.
All requests to fix air conditioners are screened. If the non HVAC maintenance staff think they know what the problem is, they are instructed by the office to take the part needed off of another unit and swap it with broken part. That did not work and so we were told an ac HVAC company would be over on Monday (it was 5pm Friday). Our AC was not looked at or fixed at all. Both neighbors had the same problem. And one had health problems made life threatening by the heat!
The pools are constantly either closed or have turned green.
So BEWARE! The staff gives lip service to tenants saying they'll take care of they property that you will end up paying top dollar for either in rent or in move out fees that are nothing but a bunch of inflated made up charges that have not a lot to do with how you actually left the property!
And location needs to be noted the train is going to be noisy often and shake your apartment.no.it's not an earthquake!
Suggestion for the office staff to receive a training on customer service.
