Trevor Hensley is a fabulous attorney. I literally felt like I had a friend helping me. He asked me questions and made sure I understood, and he always explained everything to me. I can highly recommend Mr. Anthony Fritz, he is a excellent attorney. Mr. Fritz represented me in a litigation pertaining to a business lawsuit against my father’s trust and prevailed winning attorney’s fees. My attorney was Ryan Foley, and he was always professional throughout the months I worked with him. He also gave me honest feedback and various scenario outcomes after each hearing. Side note: It never felt like I was just a transaction, but more so I had an attorney who aligned himself with my goals and was ready to fight for my children just as much as I was.

I was sued by a former employee for $24,000 unpaid commissions, and I countersued to recover $60,000 in overpaid commissions. I showed the attorneys the employee had been paid full commissions on every hour recorded on his timesheet, regardless whether his time was billed or fees collected. In spite of this I was told, after over $100,000 in billing, that I would lose and owe my employee his attorney fees. The firm also disengaged and said I was dishonest. They could not understand simple math.

I am so thankful that I found Herrig & Vogt to represent me in a civil lawsuit. They did an amazing job and helped me to accomplish everything that I had set out for!
