Very impressive staff for car rental company, Very knowledgeable and friendly. Aldric and Johana, they clearly explained to us the car rental procedures. Showed me with patience the tesla features on how to drive it. I recommend this place if you need to rent a car.

Was running late didn’t have time to stop for gas. $12.99 a gallon. Almost 2.5X the last station. A passed

Great service! First time renting Tesla and Johana and John went above and beyond making sure I have the best experience during pick-up, while driving and during drop off. Johana made sure I have the best option for a long trip and John explained all that is needed to drive Tesla. Both were very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall!

Great service at their Burlingame San Francisco office. Upgraded us to a Tesla for $50. Now that was an experience!

I just returned my rental and writing this review for Beth who works here because she was phenomenal! I had rented via AAA but due to a glitch in their system, all cars showed as available at this location. It was the holiday season and it was crazy busy and they were out of cars. Beth fore-warned me about it and also arranged a car going out of her way! The ride was great and I had a very good holiday. Renting for 2 more days because I need a car and would not think twice before renting from here! Thank you Beth and thank you Hertz!
