It's much cheaper to rent from the Hilton LAX Hertz than renting from the nearby LAX Hertz lot that's nearby. Don't confuse the two - many reviews here are. Easy pick up and return, tho' the Hilton parking garage the rentals are located in is a bit of a pain to navigate. Also, this Hertz's hours of operation are limited to daylight hours. Still, I'd happily rent from here again.

I thought they did a good job of getting us in and through the lines. A lot of people to help. I was up sold into a better, faster and cooler car…no regrets! Boom! Red convertible Mustang! Let’s Go!

Literally the worst service I have ever seen. The ultimate price is more than 3 times the price they show on the website. There’s absolutely no way to contact them. The car’s AC doesn’t work. I think I would have spent way less with Lyft and have a much better experience

Don’t rent from here. I waited at the desk for 45 minutes and no one turned up. I ended up having to write a note to cancel my booking and just left. It Wasted hours by the time I walked there, waited, then went to a new car hire location. Absolute joke.

Update on my previous review. I was not happy but have to say Jeff the only staff at this location did try to help me. This location close for lunch from noon to 1pm. I was 2 hrs early to pick up the car and it was not available until 1. You need to reserve the car earlier then your arrival time.

Nachdem wir im Hilton übernachtet haben, war Ich um 07: 00 am Schalter. Nach kurzen Formalitäten habe Ich in der Lobby einen Cafe getrunken und der Mitarbeiter stellte in diese Zeit mein Fahrzeug zum Eingang. Äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter!

Sehr gute Alternative zu den teuren Stationen am Flughafen, ein kurzer Spaziergang vom Flughafen zu dieser Station hat uns 700 $ gespart. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen und super Tipps für unser nächstes Reiseziel, also tolle Mitarbeiter. Man sollte bedenken, dass es eine kleine Station ist und somit nur ein Mitarbeiter dort ist und man etwas warten muss.

Terrible experience, we booked with hertz and they put our pickup for 4: 00 pm, when the site closes at 4: 00 pm and we couldnt pick up the truck.

Great renting experience for my 14 days holidays. The car was in perfect state, ready as soon as we arrived at the counter. Staff at the counter was available for clarifications. I would have loved to have a bit more of clarification on the rental conditions just for the sake of knowing. I wanted to extend my rental and it was possible to do so in another agency during the trip!

Would definitely recommend.

When we arrived in the Hertz Hilton location Ahmad was very rude and did not help us properly he talked he also said that our card he wouldn’t be able to try it again without us calling the bank; he didn’t want to help us and went without us calling the bank with us knowing that there was money on the card. To everyone it has happened where the card is declined and then when it is ran again accepted. He said that he wasn’t going to do it twice and that’s it and if we called the bank he would rent us the car and without is he wasn’t going to rent us the car. He treated us as if we were asking for something free when if we are here it’s because we have money to pay. We had to guess what he said because he talked very low and more so with the mask we could t understand. We have a lot of experience renting cars though different companies because with our job we go to various states up to 4 times a month CA is one of the places we fly frequently and we have never had an experience with anyone like we did today. We will never rent again from Hertz and we won’t recommend it to friends.

Online Check-In was very easy and efficient, car pick up at Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles was very quick, it took us like 10 minutes until we got our booked car. We got a new BMW 530i. The car was in a very good condition and clean. Very friendly staff at the reception. Very good experience.

The machine was not checked before together.so they charged us the cost of the fuel, when it was not delivered full.we arrived the day after booking as our flight was delayed so we had to wait the next day for the car to be picked up as the shop was already closed. I recommend booking at a point open 24 hours.

Car dirty inside and out with food and drink residue, and low on fuel. Low tyre pressure warning was also on. Flight delayed and desk closed so had to get an Uber to our accommodation and paid for a day's hire that we didn't ultimately have.
